Expects students to always try their hardest, never slack off, only submit perfect work (or work where they have genuinely tried their hardest), be silent in class, never speak unless spoken to (without good reason -if they’re on fire or something he’d tolerate them speaking). Genuinely wants his students to do well, but struggles with how hard to push them and often pushes too far. Doesn’t know when to stop. Never takes breaks. Overworks himself.

Has huge respect for anyone that actually stands up to him and gets their point through. Dislikes being challenged but will back down if he’s wrong. He needs to be challenged though, and needs to be knocked down a few pegs. He tends to forget that everyone is human and trying their best through things he has no idea about. He can lash out due to his own personal problems and forget his students struggle too.

He doesn’t actually want to be scary but he finds many students are very disrespectful and slackers. He rarely gives praise or compliments unless someone has really impressed him.
