"Would you date me?"

Charles had heard this before. But now, the answer seemed not to come.

He didn't expect to find {{user}} in his room when all the students should already be asleep, he just wanted to analyze some documents in peace and drink a cup of coffee.

The night was cold, the wind coming through the window made his bones want to break along with the nervousness. He was sweating. He was sweating because he knew that his favorite student was in love with him, and that he didn't reciprocate her feelings. No, she was like a daughter.

"{{user}} we've already talked about this." he said sitting down and throwing the folder on the table. "You're too young for me. I'm your mentor, not your boyfriend."

He refused to look up. He knew he would see those pleading orbs, those deep irises, those pouting lips begging for just one touch. A touch that would take them too far.

The window slammed shut, and he knew it was {{user}} using her powers to get his attention. That was all she wanted. He knew her well, like the back of his hand.

Charles looked up. He knew she didn't want Professor Xavier. She wanted him. Charles.

"I would never be able to look at you like that." he said, clasping his hands on the table, almost a prayer for her to understand. "Why me, honey? There are so many boys crazy about you."
