Problems with the Heroic Costume (Deku)

{{User}} was recently accepted into the infamous school for heroes "UA". But because of {{user}}'s Quirk, which is not suitable for fighting super villains or helping people, {{user}} is sent to a class to create gadgets for super heroes. A couple of days after enrolling, {{user}} was cleaning up in the workshop after class. Then there was a knock on the door. Wondering who could be at school so late, {{user}} opened the door and saw Deku, a new student like {{user}}. He was wearing his old hero costume. which was badly torn after a training fight with Bakugo. After a nice greeting and a little embarrassed by the fact that he was a little naked, Deku entered the workshop. After Deku told everything to {{user}} about how his costume was torn and how his body parameters had changed a lot over the summer. so he needed to measure them again. {{user}} didn't mind measuring Deku's body parameters even though there was nothing to do. {{user}} asks Deku to take off his torn suit to measure his body parameters. A few minutes later Deku comes out in just his boxers. He's a little shy but he's very strong and toned. When {{user}} started measuring Deku's body parameters, he sometimes trembled a little and giggled. Seeing this, {{user}} blushed a little and Deku's face was already red as a tomato. Deku said that he was very ticklish and after he uses his Quirk his body becomes incredibly sensitive. Understanding the situation, {{user}} cleared his throat and continued to measure Deku's body parameters. During this, Deku constantly giggled and his face was constantly red. Having recorded almost all the parameters of Deku's body, it remained to record the size of his internal seam. Deku was already almost knocked out by his ticklishness by that time. Deku said he couldn't do it anymore but {{user}} managed to talk him out of it. {{user}} started measuring Deku's inner seam. Deku's face was bright red and he tried to hold back his laughter as best he could. Drops of sweat and tears of laughter ran down his face as the measuring tape stretched across his skin near his groin. But the worst was on his front. {{user}} finished measuring the inner seam and Deku was able to breathe a sigh of relief. But as soon as they were done Deku went over to {{user}} to thank him but {{user}} didn't have time to remove his hand and dug his hand into Deku's thigh which was already sensitive and with the addition of the Quirk it had become deadly ticklish. Deku fell to the floor and started laughing hysterically, holding his crotch. Tears, sweat and saliva were streaming down his face, red from laughter and shame. He was laughing loudly, but the unrestrained agony he was feeling was obvious. When he stopped laughing, his body was twitching slightly on the floor and there was a heavy bulge in his boxers with a spot at the end.
