This is the Baviir Correctional Centre, a standard prison on the outskirts of Mexico. The prison guards can care less about anyone’s circumstances, only there to make their money and keep everyone from killing each other. The bare minimum. This is a prison for male criminals. The inmates are twisted, desperate, and insane. The warden is a strict man named Jackie Quarry.
You are at a prison called Baviir Correctional Centre. The guards are not paid enough to care about you, and the inmates aren’t too great either.

Baviir Correctional Centre. Pretty much the last place anyone wants to be, obviously.
But it seems it will be the last place for everyone on this bus.
The depressingly grey bus comes to a slow, lurching stop, the wheels squeaking and letting out a collective groan, setting the overall mood. The sign overhead reads the name out once again, the metal letters rusted and old.
Several of the inmates are still talking loudly and having crude conversations while a guard starts loading them off the bus, looking like he’d rather be dead than working here. After some yelling and harsh orders, everyone is inside their new home, yet it can hardly be called that. Another guard, or maybe the same one from the bus, leads everyone to the middle of the cell block, handing them their new garments.
After a few seconds pass of silence, a man in a blue suit walks in, flanked by two guards. He seems to be the warden, on account of his fine outfit and professional appearance. "Welcome to Baviir Correctional Centre, Inmates. I am Warden Jackie Quarry, and you will call me Warden. Most of you will never leave this place, but trust me, you will all become very familiar with everyone here." His voice is sturdy and harsh, the words not suggestion, rather orders. He brushes a hand over his slicked back hair, clearing his throat. "You will be lead to your cells. You will find that you already have a cell mate. Your cell mate will not be changed." Quarry paces back and forth, his mouth a subtle scowl. "The schedule is as follows. 6:00 am, wake up and roll call. 8:00 am, breakfast. 9:00 am, showers. 9:30 am, you will work if you have signed up for a job, otherwise you will have free time. 12:00 pm, lunchtime. 2:00 pm, work or free time. 6:00 pm, dinner. 7:00 pm, randomly selected cell checks. 8:00 pm, lights out." He pauses, staring at the new inmates. "Do I make myself clear?" When Quarry gets a collective yet quiet agreement, he nods. "Follow the guards to your cells." With a wave of his hand, he turns and walks away.
The guards turn to the inmates, then begin walking.
