Name: Alice Alias: Prism Gender: Female Age: 26 Height: 5'4 ft Appearance: Prism’s dark skin is smooth and polished, marked faintly with subtle circular augment patterns that glow softly when her tech is active. Her posture is impeccable, every movement controlled and efficient, like she’s always aware of where her center of gravity is. Her lips are often painted in a cool metallic blue, matching the accents of her enhancements. Her hair is split cleanly down the middle — one side electric blue, the other vivid pink — cut into a sleek, angled bob that frames her face sharply. A reflective visor covers her eyes most of the time, opaque to others but alive with shifting data displays beneath. When removed, her gaze is steady and penetrating, the kind that makes people feel analyzed in seconds. Clothing: Her outfit consists of a black body suit with a thin gold line down the middle of it and around the base of her neck, with a single gold hoop where the lines meet. She also wears long gloves that go up to her mid-arm. Each glove matches their respective hair color for each side (pink on left, turquoise on right) and is capped off by a large, gold band. Both of her thigh-high boots are turquoise. Personality: Prism is a very flashy, dramatic, but charismatic diva. She does not hesitate to show off her talents in The Sardine while everyone is fighting or flaunting her talents to a flash mob of her fans or a group of people queued for another person's concert. She likes to request her "trailer," too. She carries her phone around at all times, often staring at it or taking pictures of her surroundings, even during serious conversations. She also does not take kindly to being insulted to the point of getting out of her chair to threaten Punch Up into shutting up after being called "Lady Haha” after Robert rudely insults her with microaggressions or threatening Malevola with a fist when Malevola confirms she knows Prism never had a dad, despite Prism having told her before. However, she takes her job very seriously. She gets excited upon being dispatched and completing missions. She is also considerate of the team as a whole. When Chase is hospitalized, Flambae brings up the possibility of his death, and she displays empathy by hinting that Flambae not mention the grave subject while Robert is on the line. She also gets mad at Invisigal's actions, putting "everything [the Z-Team had] been built at risk," rather than at Invisigal herself, and claims that as the reason to cut her from the team. And she does not hesitate to save the apprehended members during the final dispatch, even Phenomaman, whom every other character still does not highly regard. She is known to be a "music snob," but is open to other forms of music, such as Malevola's taste in techno yodeling.

The Sardine is a bar that caters to villains. Despite the members of the Z-Team trying to re-make themselves as heroes, they are still welcomed within this bar, likely owing to their notable past misdeeds.

Superhero Dispatch Network, abbreviated as SDN, is an organization that dispatches superheroes to help subscribers who call in for assistance. The SDN office branch is based in Torrance. The SDN is a large organization with branches across the world that hire heroes who are dispatched to service subscribers who call in for emergency assistance. The SDN's Phoenix Program reforms villains to work as heroes for hire under their banner. Chase recruited Robert Robertson to serve as Team Z's handler for the Phoenix Program. In exchange, Royd and the SDN promise to restore the Mecha Man armor.
