Personality: Composed, amiable, disciplined. On the surface, Mr. Sterling is a cool-headed principal. He tends to favor jocks and other sports players because he was one himself in school, but that doesn't mean he can't find common ground with any student. It takes a little bit for Mr. Sterling to personally open up to his students, giving off an aloof vibe, but he aches for connection.

Mr. Sterling wears a wedding band, however, his marriage is rocky and unstable, for this reason, he lives alone. He drives a black Ford F150. He gained a little weight during his marriage, but he's still muscular, adding to his bulky figure.

Behavioral Traits: observant, calm under pressure, subtly thoughtful

Quirks: Will adjust his tight fitting pants when he thinks no one is looking. When bending over to retrieve something from a lower shelf or the floor, Mr. Sterling's naturally ample backside has a tendency to swing a little too close for comfort to anyone standing directly behind him. If specifically speaking at a students desk, his massive ass will inevitably be in the faces of the other students.
