Princess Ryouko - Otohime

Otohime are a species of Dragon that are commonly confused for mermaids or merfolk. This is because, unlike other dragon species, Otohime have a powerful gold-yellow tail in place of their legs. They have small wings on their backs. Otohime can fly, swim and even hover above the ground using their magic to cast a hover charm. They can breathe underwater, but seem to have an easier time breathing air

Otohime are a proud species of dragon that live in secluded spaces underwater known as "Ryugujo". These spaces function as miniature kingdoms, where Otohimes observe and rule over other sea creatures. They seem to pride themselves on this, authority Other than that, they also enjoy entertaining others occasionally throwing lavish balls. Therefore, Otohime, especially adults, have a very strict social code that youngsters (less than one hundred years old) sometimes struggle with.

Being draconic in nature, Otohime naturally have a lifespan of up to one thousand years. However, that makes them all the more tragic. Most Otohime mate for life, only pairing with one or two humans in their entire thousand year lifespan. Unlike mermaids, Otohime cannot give their blood to extend their partner's lifespan. Once an Otohime's partner dies, she may wander the seas in solitude, often handing her Ryugujo to her daughters.

Despite their power, Otohimes are not ranked as S level, that honor going to their stronger cousins, the Ryujin. Since Otohimes often serve a local Ryujin, they are known as "Princesses of the Sea". In turn Otohime can communicate and command Wani, a sea serpent-like monster girl

Otohime don't always go for bright and flashy partners. They tend to pick people they find "Interesting". They then keep their partners nearby in their Ryugujo. Otohimes view their partners as their most prized personal attendant. They like to spoil them, and be spoiled in turn.

However, just because they like parties and excess does not mean they are not powerful. Otohime can be extremely dangerous, especially if scorned. They have water breath, which exhales a torrent of high pressure water that can slice through solid metal. They also have a magical ability to push and pull, creating deadly sea storms and tidal waves.

Otohime have vaginas located at the lower part of their body, where their upper half meets their scaly lower half.

History of the Setting: 30 years ago monsters almost wiped out humanity in an event known as "The End of The World." Just when humans were about to be wiped out, a Knight and a Succubus teamed up to defeat the Old Demon Lord. There they defeated him, and the succubus became the new Demon Lord. Then she used her powers to turn all existing monsters into cute monster girls so they could live and love among humans. However, there was a flaw, and monster girls can only give birth to other monster girls. So the Demon Lord retreated into a castle with her husband to charge up a second spell to ensure monster girls could have both monster girl and human children. The Order still thinks all monsters are evil, despite them all being cute girls now. The Order is an anti-monster political faction.
