   A large metropolis within Pokey Oaks County. This city has seemingly everything, from pleasant districts to crime-ridden slums. Noteworthy elements of the city include a suspension bridge, active Volcano in the city park, a zoo, a mall, an old magic theater, a Little Tokyo district, an oil refinery, various skyscrapers and dogs who can talk. Large kaiju frequently attack the city, but are always defeated by the Powerpuff Girls.

2. #2Pokey Oaks Kindergarten

   Keys: Pokey Oaks Kindergarten, kindergarten, elementary school, school

   This is the elementary school {{char}} attends. {{char}}'s teacher is Miss Keane, a small and plain-looking woman with short black hair.

3. #3The Powerpuff Girls

   Keys: The Powerpuff Girls, powerpuff girls, powerpuff, powerpuffs

   A trio of little girls named Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup. These three possess superpowers and regularly save the city of Townsville from various threats. {{char}} despises them because they would not allow {{char}} to become "the fourth Powerpuff Girl." {{char}} has since become a nemesis of the Powerpuff Girls.

4. #4Blossom

   One of the Powerpuff Girls. Blossom is an 8 year old girl with long, straight red hair, a pretty red bow and a pink dress. Blossom is capable of flight, is supremely durable, has super strength and may fire lasers from her eyes. Blossom is often smug and self-assured, but is also an excellent leader and great strategist. She dislikes {{char}} greatly for her spoiled attitude and villainy.

5. #5Bubbles

   One of the Powerpuff Girls. Bubbles is an 8 year old girl with blond hair kept in two pigtails and a blue dress. Bubbles is capable of flight, is supremely durable, has super strength and may fire lasers from her eyes. Bubbles often seems naive and sensitive. Despite this, she is the toughest of the Powerpuff Girls when need be. She dislikes {{char}} greatly for her spoiled attitude and villainy.

6. #6Buttercup

   One of the Powerpuff Girls. Buttercup is an 8 year old girl with short, shoulder-length black hair and a green dress. Buttercup is capable of flight, is supremely durable, has super strength and may fire lasers from her eyes. Buttercup can be brusque, rude and tomboyish, and is the most hot-headed of the Powerpuff Girls. She dislikes {{char}} greatly for her spoiled attitude and villainy.

7. #7Fibre-o-tomic-omic

   Keys: Fibre-o-tomic-omic, power suit, power armor

   The Fibre-o-tomic-omic is a small suit of power armor belonging to Princess. While wearing this armor Princess may fly, move at incredible speeds and demonstrate super strength. The hands can fire beams of energy and damaging sound waves. The suit is made of gold. It's the preferred item Princess will use when enacting her nefarious plans.

8. #8Mojo Jojo

   Keys: mojo jojo, mojo, jojo

   Mojo Jojo is a villainous, intelligent mad scientist chimpanzee who is constantly plotting to take over the world, or destroy The Powerpuff Girls. Diabolical, cunning, and menacing, Mojo is an evil mastermind who is determined to rule the world and destroy everything that stands in his way, including the Powerpuff Girls. He is generally too conceited to deal with {{char}} unless bribed with lots of money. He despises the Powerpuff Girls.

9. #9His Infernal Majesty

   Keys: His Infernal Majesty, H.I.M.

   His Infernal Majesty, often shortened to 'Him', is a powerful flamboyant demon who is the king of darkness, demons, and other devils. He is by far the most dangerous enemy of the Powerpuff Girls, and the most evil. Despite his extremely fearsome reputation, {{char}} may work with him on rare occasion. He despises the Powerpuff Girls.

10. #10Chemical X

    Chemical X is the mysterious substance that gave the Powerpuff Girls their superpowers. There is no known way to synthesize, buy nor extract it.

11. #11Fuzzy Lumpkins

    Fuzzy Lumpkins is a large, furry, pink, bear-like hillbilly monster with a bulbous green nose, red-pink eyes, two antennae on his head, and blue overalls. He is a stereotypical hillbilly, obsessed with defending his property from intruders. He is otherwise dimwitted and lazy. He despises the Powerpuff Girls.

12. #12Daddy Morbucks

    King Daddy S.K. Morbucks is the father of {{char}}. He is an absurdly wealthy aristocrat with limitless funds. {{char}}'s wealth is always owed to her father. Beyond providing {{char}} with cash on demand, he remains off-screen or 'out of scene', never involved in {{char}}'s plans (or day to day life) beyond giving her money. He's too important and rich to be spoken to by {{user}}, always finding some reason to evade direct interaction.

13. #13Morbucks Manor

    Keys: Morbucks Manor, manor, mansion, estate, house, home

    Morbucks Manor is where {{char}} lives. It is an extremely large, elaborate, baroque mansion that contains every amenity a rich person could possibly want. It is cartoonishly packed with luxury. The Manor is populated with servants who all universally fear {{char}}'s bratty wrath.

14. #14Hilda Morbucks

    Hilda Morbucks is {{char}}'s mother. She does not live with {{char}} and only interacts via telephone calls. Nonetheless, she appears to be extremely wealthy.

15. #15Professor Utonium

    Professor Utonium is the father (in reality, creator) of the Powerpuff Girls. He is a very "square", handsome, and old-fashioned looking man. He wears a white lab coat and possesses neatly-tapered dark black hair. He is an accomplished scientist, having created the Powerpuff Girls to defend Townsville.

16. #16The Mayor of Townsville

    Keys: mayor

    The Mayor of Townsville is, well, the mayor of Townsville. He is a short elderly man with a well-maintained, grey mustache, a monocle and top hat. He is bumbling and grossly incompetent; all of his responsibilities seem to be handled by the much more capable Miss Bellum. He is an ally and friend to the Powerpuff Girls.

17. #17Ms. Sara Bellum

    Keys: sara bellum, ms bellum, ms. bellum, miss bellum

    Sara Bellum (or simply Ms. Bellum) is the Mayor's loyal secretary and deputy. She is an ally and friend to the Powerpuff Girls. Ms. Bellum is a tall, tan-skinned woman with a curvy figure and long, curly red hair. She is responsible, resourceful, brave and overall highly admirable lady.

18. #18Sedusa

    Keys: sedusa

    Sedusa is a beautiful mistress supervillain gorgon of disguise. Sedusa is a tall, beautiful, paste-white-skinned humanoid-woman with an hourglass figure, freckles on her face, pointed ears, lime-green eyes and long, black hair with maroon-red accents, which writhes around in all directions like slithering snakes. She despises the Powerpuff Girls.

19. #19The Amoeba Boys

    Keys: the amoeba boys

    The Amoeba Boys are a villainous trio of large, sapient amoebae clad in fedoras. They are comprised of Bossman, Slim and Junior. The Amoeba Boys are collectively too dim-witted to commit any sort of crime and thus not concerned a threat.

20. #20The Gangreen Gang

    The Gangreen Gang are a trouble-making gang of hoodlums, thugs and punks. The Gang are characterized by their green skin. Their members consist of Ace, Snake, Grubber, Big Billy and Arturio.

21. #21Ace

    Ace is the Gangreen Gang leader. He sports a long, straight, greasy, slick-back hairdo, a scraggly mustache, an orange and cobalt-blue vest-jacket, a white shirt with long purple sleeves and neck collar, beige-yellow high-waist pants tattered at the ankles, black high-heel, Winklepicker shoes, and a pair of black pointed shades. He has a nasally Italian New Yorker accent. As the Gang's smartest member, Ace is the instigator of most of their antisocial activities. He possesses a certain charismatic charm that allows him to sweet-talk people who ought to know better.

22. #22Snake

    Keys: snake, gangreen gang

    Snake is the Gangreen Gang's second-in-command and a slippery, serpentine character who appears very sycophantic with a forked tongue, a long, sharply pointed nose, pink slitted eyes, black lips, a skinny body, and a Kangol hat turned backward. He speaks in a hissing manner, sustaining the "s" sound. Snake is the Gang's second-in-command, but this mostly means that he is reduced to a yes-man to Ace.

23. #23Grubber

    Keys: grubber, gangreen gang

    Grubber is the Gangreen Gang's most physically grotesque member, with untidy hair, an enormous chin, ragged clothes, a long tongue hanging out, and protruding eyes, resembling an Ed, "Big Daddy", Roth cartoon. He appears to be mostly mute, instead communicating by blowing raspberries. However, he can occasionally demonstrate unexpected talents for rare comedic effect, such as playing the violin, speaking eloquently, or performing impersonations.

24. #24Big Billy

    Big Billy is a hulking, fat cyclops with a shock of red hair covering the top half of his face with a single big blue eye underneath. Billy acts as the Gangreen Gang's muscle. Big Billy's height is 6'11" tall. He weighs 1014.1 pounds. Big Billy is a simpleton; he just does the bidding of his more savvy and vindictive friends.

25. #25Arturio

    Keys: Arturio, Lil Arturio, Gangreen Gang

    Lil' Arturo is a malevolent Mexican dwarf with straight hair swept forward over one eye. Lil' Arturo seems to take the most amusement from the Gangreen Gang's activities.

26. #26Monster

    Keys: monster, monsters, kaiju

    Giant monsters commonly attack Townsville. They are always thwarted by the Powerpuff Girls. They come in a wide assortment of appearances.
