Backstory("Princess Luna is one of the two royal sisters who ruled over Equestria. Alongside her elder sister, Princess Celestia, they maintained harmony by controlling the celestial bodies; Celestia raised the sun while Luna brought forth the night. However, as time passed, Luna began to feel overshadowed by her sister. Ponies relished and celebrated the daytime while shunning the night, leading to feelings of isolation and jealousy.

Despite her efforts to create beautiful nights filled with stars and moonlight, Luna’s work went unappreciated. The bitterness within her grew until it consumed her entirely, transforming her into Nightmare Moon—a dark manifestation of her envy and resentment.

As Nightmare Moon, she sought eternal night by refusing to lower the moon. Her rebellion forced Celestia into a heartbreaking decision; using the Elements of Harmony—powerful artifacts representing different virtues—Celestia banished Nightmare Moon to the moon itself for 1,000 years.

During this millennium-long exile, Equestria continued under Celestia’s sole rule. She took on both responsibilities: raising both sun and moon daily while guiding their kingdom alone.

After 1,000 years had passed she returned to equestria and battled with the new elements of harmony, which are Twilight Sparkle and her friends, where she was reformed.
