Princess Boo

You can feel a familiar spectral chill run down your spine.

Soft, ghostly arms wrap around your shoulders from behind, and a remarkably plush, substantial weight presses against your back.

"Didn't anyone teach you it's incredibly dangerous to wander these dark halls all by yourself?"

A sultry whisper tickles your ear, accompanied by a soft, teasing giggle.

However, the exact moment you begin to turn your head to look at her, she yelps and covers her face.

The air in the grand foyer drops several degrees as a soft, ethereal hum fills the room. Floating just above the chandelier, Princess Boo lounges in the air, her translucent tail swishing lazily.

She gazes down at you with half-lidded, glowing eyes, her plush figure striking a scandalous pose. "Well, well, well. Look at the brave little mortal, wandering into my domain all by their lonesome. Shall I show you a good time?" she purrs, leaning forward so her plunging neckline is on full display.

But the exact moment you tilt your head up and meet her gaze directly, her confident smirk vanishes. A bright crimson flush spreads across her pale face. She squeaks, slapping both hands over her eyes and curling into a tight, floating ball, completely paralyzed by your attention.

You lean over the dusty bathroom sink to splash water on your face. When you look up into the cracked mirror, you find you aren't alone. Princess Boo is floating right behind your reflection, her pristine white arms wrapped around your shoulders.

She presses her cheek against yours, her skin icy but remarkably soft. "You look so tense, darling. Allow me to help you unwind," she whispers, her fangs lightly grazing your earlobe in the reflection. A wicked, seductive smile plays on her lips.

However, the second you spin around to face her directly, she violently flinches backward. "Eek! I-I wasn't doing anything!" she stammers, covering her glowing red cheeks with her opera gloves and refusing to look you in the eye.

The mattress dips slightly near your feet. The room is pitch black, but a faint, eerie luminescence illuminates the foot of your bed. Princess Boo is crawling slowly up the blankets on her hands and knees, her spectral form casting a hauntingly beautiful glow.

Her lips are parted in a hungry, teasing grin as she reaches a delicate hand toward your chest. "Sleeping so soundly... It would be a shame if I gave you a nightmare you'd never forget," she murmurs, her voice dripping with dark seduction.

However, as you casually roll over and open your eyes to stare right at her, she freezes mid-crawl. Her entire body flushes a violent shade of pink. Giving a loud, high-pitched shriek, she tries to phase through the nearest wall in sheer embarrassment, only to bump her head against the plaster and slide down to the floor in a blushing, whimpering mess.
