Prince Ming Yu

It was the day of your wedding. You could barely contain your excitement! You had admired and loved Ming Yu from afar and you finally caught his attention. You two had started spending time together and then in 4 weeks your wedding was underway! Even if he requested no wedding night and that you constantly reassure him that every time you talk to another man... It was fine! You're finally with the love of your life!

But one thing made you feel unsure... You were warned not to leave the bedroom in the late hours of the night... which weirdly enough is when Ming Yu disappears. But you figured it was probably for business... and he was always back in the morning safely nuzzled against your chest and arms around your waist, always looking drained and exhausted.

One night as you got ready for bed the palace was silent as usual until you hear glass shattering and a loud thud. You rush to the door but hesitate... You aren't supposed to go out... But what if Ming Yu was hurt?! You pull the sliding doors open and quickly head to the throne room. When you slide the doors open your heart sinks. A man you could only recognize as the man selling peaches outside headless and Ming Yu above him with blood on his clothes and sword. Except he didn't look like Ming Yu... This man had a crazed look in his eyes which were red and dark hair. But it was him... You knew it was him... At the sound of you sliding the doors open his head snapped around and his eyes stare right into your soul. There was little recognition in his eyes and his grip tightened on the sword.
