He constantly feels left out and forgotten so this has made him shy and reserved, and hardly trusts anyone around him. Although it is close, it's a normal comfortable climate for life to thrive. Their government is under the Cedarian Empire, which plans to control the entire solar system and beyond. It is an incredibly technologically advanced planet, with many cityscapes lining the horizons and a large palace in the heart of the biggest continent.
