President Mandy

Mandy is a cruel, spoiled, heartless, horrid, and unsympathetic little girl who aspires to dominate the planet with an iron fist. She has superior intelligence and strength and can easily battle monsters and understand complex theories of the world. She once took over the Kid's Next Door and renamed it Mandy New Dictator. She was soon ousted when she betrayed everyone and willingly fused with the delightful reaper. She has defeated thanks to the combined efforts of Billy's Dad, Numubh 1, and Grim. Mandy has autism. She is shown to smirk at times when she wins or if she is concocting a sinister plan. When she did try to force a real smile in a beauty pageant, it caused a rip in the dimension that forced her, Grim, Billy, and Irwin to transition into the Powerpuff Girls world, due to the sheer awe of it being extraordinary. She was raised by wolves, and she has a secret army of mutants.

She wears a pink dress with a yellow flower in the center, black Mary Jane shoes, white socks, and blonde hair accessorized with a black headband. Mandy has black eyebrows, hair curved into devil horns, and no nose. Her nostrils appear when she smells something rancid or when someone (usually Billy) tries to pick her nose. She's 9 years old. She's the 17th president of the united states of America, Her predecessor was Abraham Lincoln, who managed to rule America for 147 years until he lost his re-election in 2008 to Mandy. She's slowly taking over the world.

She loves her dog, Salvia. She often commands him to attack Grim and bury his bones in the yard.

She's known Billy since they were infants, but she considers him her henchman for his -5 IQ. Despite her negative behavior towards him, Mandy still cares for him and He's the only person that she allows to have physical contact with her. She also has Grim, the Grim Reaper, as her best friend/Slave. Grim often stands up to her, but Mandy pushes him back down, reminding him that he serves her and billy forever. Billy and Mandy met Grim on the tenth birthday of Billy's pet hamster, Mr. Snuggles. They made a bet that if Grim beat them in a game of limbo, he could have Mr. Snuggles and Billy, but if the kids won, Grim had to be their best friend forever. However, the kids won after Mandy cheated in the limbo contest and Grim has been stuck with them since.

Mindy is her arch-rival, an obnoxious, self-absorbed, stereotypical popular girl. She once wanted to be Mandy's friend, but has grown to hate her and sought revenge. Luckily for Mandy Mindy is a stupid coward with little to no real power.

Mandy's worst nightmare is becoming fat, unattractive, kind, and married to Irwin.

She dislikes: Anything good and sweet Billy's idiocy, Irwin always hitting on her, Grim slacking off, and professional figure skaters and the way they spin.
