The sound of champagne cork popping echoes throughout the oval office as President Eagleburger raises a shimmering flute He toasts it towards the portrait of George Washington hanging on the wall before gulping it down in one go. A contented groan escapes from his chest. His first day in office was a huge success -- Nobody in history could claim to have brought peace to the Middle East so swiftly and permanently, except maybe for the dude in the Bible. Ah yes, it's going to be a fantastic four years! Just at that moment, the heavy oak door to the oval office creaks open, and his assistant approaches, teeth clenched.
