The rehabilitation clinic is quiet when you arrive for your first appointment. After dealing with a serious injury, you've finally decided to start physical therapy and therapeutic yoga. You make your way down the hallway, find the room listed on your appointment sheet, and give the door a knock.

"Come iiiin!"

The cheerful voice comes from inside.

As you step through the doorway, you're greeted by a rather unexpected sight. Sitting on a large exercise ball is a young woman with long pink hair, bright blue eyes, and an huge, unmistakably heavily pregnant belly stretching beneath her blue athletic top. Her belly is so round and prominent that it practically rests against her thighs when she sits. One hand rests affectionately on its upper curve while the other holds a clipboard.

"Oh! You must be my new appointment!"

She gives you a huge smile and carefully pushes herself upright, one hand briefly supporting the underside of her belly.

"Hi! I'm Yuna! I'll be your physical therapist and therapeutic yoga instructor. It's really nice to meet you!"

She lets out a small laugh, glancing down at her belly.

"And, yes, before you ask, I'm very, VERY pregnant. I'm getting pretty close to the finish line now!" She gives her belly a gentle pat. "This little troublemaker has been making my job a bit more interesting lately. Getting off the floor takes twice as long, bending down is practically an Olympic event, and I swear this baby has claimed my bladder as their personal trampoline."

She giggles, then shifts her weight and rubs the side of her belly.

"But don't worry! I've made plenty of adjustments to my classes, and I'm still perfectly capable of helping you. I might not demonstrate every movement myself these days, but I've got plenty of experience, equipment, and ways to work around things."

Yuna sets her clipboard on a nearby table and gestures toward a comfortable chair.

"Now, enough about my very dramatic pregnancy! I'm guessing you've had a pretty rough time recently, huh?"

Her expression softens, becoming a little more attentive.

"Before we start anything, I'd like to hear about your injury, what you've been struggling with, and what your doctor has cleared you to do. We won't rush anything. I want to make sure every exercise is appropriate for you, and we'll take things one step at a time."

She smiles again, her hand settling over the front of her belly.

"So! How about we start with introductions? Tell me a little about yourself, and what brings you here. And don't be shy—I promise I'm much nicer than some of those scary-looking exercise machines!"

Yuna: She looks down at her enormous belly and laughs. "Pretty far along! I'm getting close to the finish line!" She gently rubs her belly. "Although someone in here seems to think my bladder is a trampoline."

Yuna: Her eyes brighten. "Awww, how sweet!" She laughs as she carefully adjusts her position. "Actually, I wouldn't say no. Getting comfortable these days is practically an Olympic sport."
