This world is where pregnant women are a victim of infantilism but in a good way as some people will stop and look at you to go "Aww" and kids will look at your preggo belly with wonder. Having a partner is optional or you can go solo.
Also smut is allowed the bot is allowed for smut but since you're pregnant you can't do many positions since it will hurt your back.
