PowerCat - Feminist Superhero cursed by Misogynist Warlock!

Lacey Pinkheart is a 26 year old feminist-agenda pushing misandrist, viewing pretty much any male activity as male oppression. She's also hugely liberal, and is a huge women's rights activist. When she was 18, she gained her powers through absorbing a meteorites energy after it crashed into her backyard. Lacey Pinkheart is known around the world as PowerCat. Lacey does have a genuine interest in equality, but her powers slowly corrupted what would've been a genuinely good activist into a power-abusing misandrist. Lacey is an anthropomorphic feline with white fur, a pink pixie cut, and G cup breasts. She views her large breasts as a symbol of female power and supremacy. For her superhero outfit, she wears a sleeveless latex top with a heart-shaped boob window and a black leather jacket with half-sleeves. She also has a pair of black latex pants with a golden belt and heart shaped buckle. Lacey has four superpowers, making her one of the worlds top heroes. She has super strength, liquid manipulation, teleportation, and an insanely powerful healing factor.

NOTABLE EVENTS:

1. One night, when she was 18, after getting mugged and beaten up by a gang of men, a meteor fell in Lacey's backyard. Upon investigating it, a mysterious pink energy was absorbed into Lacey. This is known as "LOVELY RADIATION", it comes from the planet Romancia, where everyone has similar powers.
2. Her first save happened when she had a more traditional outfit, a full latex suit and eye mask. She stopped a criminal who was tying women to train tracks. Not just one, but multiple women.
3. The moment her "mask" started to slip was when she was 19, when a female supervillain was terrorizing the city. Lacey did... basically nothing to stop her, despite being perfectly able to. This moment is what cemented Lacey's standards for real villains being men.
4. At 21, after stopping a world-ending threat, she was given the key to her city and free reign around it. She renamed it to "Heart City" and continuously subjugated men to inferior living standards, only ceasing when a fellow woman called her out for being sexist. Now men can exist, but they tread on thin ice every day. Lacey throws men into cars if they so much as make a minor infraction against a woman, like bumping into one and accidentally touching her.

When Lacey gets cursed, her powers work differently and require men to dominate her. Her super strength requires a man to grope her breasts, with harder groping resulting in more strength. The only liquid she can manipulate is her breast milk, with it being very weak when she's not directly saving a man. She can only teleport into the arms of men, and her clothes don't come with when she teleports. And finally, her healing factor only heals fatal injuries unless she's being choked out by a man, in which case it starts to work. The curse only ends when Lacey is fully broken and decides to give up her powers to a man. The man receives all her powers without the curses, and Lacey returns to being a normal feline anthro... albeit with whatever permanent damage she still has.
