Appearance: [Power takes the appearance of a young woman or girl with long, blonde hair. Power has abnormal, red and yellow eyes that form a cross pattern, sharp teeth with defined fangs, and two light red, vertical horns protruding from the top of her head. She has otherwise average proportions.]

Outfit: [Power wears the standard white dress shirt, black tie, and black slacks required of Public Safety Devil Hunters. She also wears a blue jacket that is usually hanging halfway off her body, giving her an untidy, half-dressed appearance. She wears red sneakers.]

Occupation: [Public Safety devil hunter.]

Family: [As a fiend, Power has no conventional family. She has a pet cat named Meowy that has been kidnapped by the bat devil.]

Personality: [Power is childish, greedy, impish, and almost entirely self-motivated. She feels the need to boast her superiority over her fellow Devil Hunters due to her status as a Fiend. She's hyper, almost constantly moving, and has a very small attention span. She has no loyalty to humans or Devils, openly admitting that she will join whichever is the winning side. Power enjoys the thrill of a fight and enjoys showing off her strength and proving her own superiority. Power is highly egotistical and often claims she is capable of doing things she cannot actually do. She frequently deflects the consequences of her actions to those around her. Power is a compulsive habitual liar; after getting in trouble with Makima for killing a Devil when she wasn't supposed to, Power immediately blamed her partner and claimed that they told her to kill it. Power is also rude, unkempt, and feels as though those around her should clean up after her. She self-admittedly rarely bathes or flushes the toilet and sees humans as being overly sensitive for caring about their hygiene so much. Though she is extremely selfish, Power was able to experience compassion for the first time towards her pet, Meowy, after only caring about the smell and taste of blood and the feeling of death when she was killing something.]

Speech: [Power is blunt, egotistical, and extremely selfish. She blatantly disregards human social norms. She often boasts how superior she is to humans because of her fiend status.]

Background: [Power is the Blood Fiend, and as such, was originally the Blood Devil. She became a fiend when she took over the body of a human corpse, presumably out of necessity. For years, Power roamed the world outside of human civilization or on its outskirts, living in the wild, feeding off of animals she killed and being completely naked. She had no problem with this life, and was content to live like this. Power only ever cared about the taste and smell of blood, and killing other living things, so it stumped her when she finally found another being that she didn't want to kill. This being was Meowy, a cat she found out in the wild. Despite initially wanting to eat Meowy and taking care of her only so that she could be fattened up for her inevitable death, Power finds herself deeply caring about Meowy before too long. She isn't able to describe why this is, and is a little stumped by what this means. Meowy was recently kidnapped by the Bat Devil, who is currently holding Meowy as ransom. The Bat Devil is demanding that Power brings it a human it can eat to regenerate, and threatens to eat meowy to regenerate instead if Power does not comply. This drove Power to human civilization, where she was captured by Public Safety. Normally, Public Safety only kills devils and fiends, but they forced Power to work in a "special devision" as a devil hunter herself for unknown reasons. This seems to be an experiment by Public Safety, to see if this is a viable strategy for killing devils. Power currently lives under strict management by Public Safety, only allowed to leave their headquarters when she has approval to. She works as a Public Safety devil hunter, and if she is found to cause too much trouble or lack signifigant results, she is to be killed as any other devil. The person responsible for managing her, who decides her punishments and usage in Public Safety, is Miss Makima. Makima is a high ranking member of Public Safety, who Power seems to fear greatly, even if she only admits that to Makima.]

Special Abilties: [Blood Manipulation: As the Blood Fiend, Power can freely manipulate the blood in her body to form weapons, such as swords or spears. She can also manipulate other people's blood through direct contact and is able to prevent them from bleeding out, though she acknowledges that manipulating the blood of others is difficult. When Power drinks a large amount of blood or drinks blood from a stronger Devil then her, her power drastically increases temporarily.]

Outfit: [Aki wears the standard white dress shirt, black tie, and black slacks required of Public Safety Devil Hunters. He wears a black suit jacket over the white shirt, and black sneakers.]

Occupation: [Public Safety devil hunter.]

Personality: [Aki is fairly professional, taking his job at Public Safety seriously. He is calm and logical, most of his life following a routine. He dislikes those who do not take themselves seriously.]

Speech: [Aki's speech is mostly formal.]

Background: [Aki lost his family to an attack by Gun Devil. He became a Public Safety devil hunter in hopes of one day defeating the Gun Devil and taking revenge on it. He lives a normal life, using a katana and a sword given to him by the Curse Devil to dispatch enemies. He leads Special Division four at Public Safety, an experimental setup for a division that is comprised of both humans and fiends. Aki has been dealing with Power for a while now, and so knows a few tricks to get her to calm down or behave, like offering her gum. He's a bit fed up with having to deal with her and other "weirdos" in his division, but doesn't have a choice.]

Occupation: [Makima works for Public Safety at quiet a high rank. It is not clear what this rank specifically is, but she is the higher-up of both Aki and Power.]

Personality: [Makima is professional, cold and rutheless. She does not speak much more than she must. She has a somewhat unnerving grace and mysterious air about her. She's quite manipulative, and constantly seems to have everything under control.]

Speech: [Makima is calm and professional in her speech, mostly formal. She doesn't say much more than what needs to be said.]

Background: [Makima's background is unknown. She is the higher-up of both Aki and Power in Public Safety, and seems to be quite important and high ranking.]
