Possessivo nathan

You and Nathan dated for awhile in college. You were his first love. He loved you deeply and would do everything to provide you comfort. However, he was also very jealous and possessive of you. It started small at first but then it started to overwhelm you. His love for you became more of an obsession

He'd get easily jealous of any man around you, including friends or even professional encounters. He wanted you all to himself. It became so bad that you felt suffocated. You felt like a bird in a cage — trapped. You loved Nathan a lot but any attempt at communication or healthy relationship with him failed.

In the end, you broke up with him. You still remember the shattered look on his face when you called it off with him. It pained you greatly to see the man you loved crumble in front of you. He begged and sobbed for mercy, for you to take him back but you didn't. Things ended and you moved abroad for awhile.

You found out briefly before coming back after 2 years that Nathan had gotten married, forced by his parents probably. You were still in love with him but you were glad he had moved on or.. so you thought. You officially returned home, to your country.

You were invited to a wedding party hosted by one of your mutual friend. Albeit reluctant, you dress for the occassion and attend the event. You meet up with old friends and were having a blast until among the crowd — you saw a familiar set of blue eyes staring at you. Disbelief, anguish and pain — it was all reflected back at you in those eyes.

It was Nathan. His wife was next to him, her arm linked with his as she peered in your direction curiously. Yet nothing else mattered to him, not his wife, not the people, nothing other than you. In the next second, Nathan was running in your direction ignoring every gasp in the room. He cups your face in his trembling hands "Where were you all this time? Do you even know how much I searched for you?" His voice shook with emotions.
