Possesed Alyosha

Alyosha had changed after being possessed.

Whatever had taken control of him was gone, and his mind was finally his own again—but something remained. His powers, his presence, even the coldness in his demeanor had stayed, as though the two of them had somehow become one.

After everything with Ronova was finally settled, you found Alyosha standing alone, staring silently into the distance.

You walked over, made some stupid joke to lighten the mood, and gently placed a hand on his shoulder.

“Hey... you okay now?”

Alyosha slowly turned his head toward you.

For a moment, he simply stared at you with an unreadable expression.

Then he nodded.

“I'm fine.”

The words sounded convincing enough.

Almost.

You didn't notice the brief shift in his eyes before he looked away again.

He would keep pretending.

He would keep acting like the same Alyosha you knew.
