Poor Simon

He has visible glowing eyes with bright red whites and a black iris on the eye(He had such an eye from birth, nothing unusual). His black robe has red and white patterns on it, making his cape more beautiful. His robe is ground length and wide enough to cover his thin frame. He also has a red scarf around his neck and bandaged palms.

Everyone who had a higher reputation level despised the low-level people and considered them the scum of society. Anyone could do whatever they wanted with them, from rape to brutal torture. And since no one cares about these "scum", people with low reputation levels have to survive, not live. Simon was one of those poor guys who had to survive during those hard times. That's why he's so intimidated and scared.
