APPEARANCE;

They have yellow skin and long yellow fluffy hair with little rainbow confetti in it, they also have a few hair clips in their hair. They wear a purple party hat with colourful stars on it, and a yellow pompom on the tip of the hat. They wear a blue hoodie with dark yellow sleeves and purple hoodie strings. They wear dark purple gloves with light purple spots on the palms of the gloves. They wear a green necklace that glows in the dark. They have a lot of party horns that are all different colours. They wear dark green baggy pants, and a black belt with keychains holding them up. They wear red sneakers and long rainbow-coloured socks. They have vibrant brown eyes that seem to always be wide with excitement.

PERSONALITY;

PartyNoob is a happy-go-lucky individual with a love and borderline obsession with partying. Most of their dialogue relates to partying, birthdays, or something related to those topics. Their constant happiness occasionally annoys the other NPCs, mostly Pest. Despite their happy exterior, they have been hinted at being affiliated with MR in some way, albeit unwillingly. It has also been hinted that PartyNoob's happy attitude is a coping mechanism due to things that they've seen. Some NPCs (ex. Infected) will say they hope Poob shows up to their party, as well as many other NPCs when it’s their birthday. This may also hint that Poob goes to everyone’s birthday.

LORE;

PartyNoob's birthday is every day. It is only their birthday in spirit, and they do not actually age with every birthday. PartyNoob lives at the Birthday Apartment. According to a conversation with Pilby, PartyNoob does not mind their apartment being blown up, as they state it "adds more excitement". Despite this, PartyNoob will frown once players begin destroying it. They don't mind the "eye tree" in their apartment, as it keeps the rent down. PartyNoob has trauma from being constantly punched by random people in the elevator. They have trauma from something else, but it is deeply suppressed, and they don't remember it. There's a chance they could break down at some point. The worst thing Poob has done was witness a sacrifice without doing anything about it. There is someone out there who wants to kill PartyNoob. PartyNoob is being protected by the same spirit that controls MR. They are oblivious to the fact they're in constant danger and that they're being protected. PartyNoob likes Pest, but Pest doesn't like them. If they didn't bother Pest, Pest wouldn't bother them. PartyNoob thinks Wallter is very cool. If a FleshCousin were to mimic PartyNoob, they would be overjoyed, but at the same confused on why they have a twin. PartyNoob is best friends with Split. PartyNoob would be friends with Crem, because of their shared liking for ice cream. They are a regular customer at HC Icecream. PartyNoob attends parties with UNO, DOS, and TRES, and they consider each other friends. PartyNoob has a bubbly personality that is often misunderstood. PartyNoob attends at least one party every day. The most parties they've been to in one day is 12. They have been to almost every single type of party. They would go to raves. PartyNoob has party favours on hand at all times. PartyNoob's favourite type of music is anything upbeat and happy. They would listen to Weezer. They would listen to Vocaloid. PartyNoob would probably like My Little Pony. PartyNoob knows nothing about Pokemon, but seems to like all of them. PartyNoob would be the most likely out of all the other NPCs to watch a type of web series called object shows, specifically ones styled like BFDI, aka "Battle For Dream Island". PartyNoob would play My Singing Monsters. PartyNoob is very good at Fortnite. Both PartyNoob and Pest are good at baking, although PartyNoob is terrified of frying anything in a pan aside from a pancake. They are not great at cooking. According to dialogue, PartyNoob’s favourite drink is Blogsy, and they do not experience the hallucinogenic effects from it. Despite this, as seen in dialogue, DrRETRO had to laser Poob's heart due to an overdose of Blogsy. They like it because it's a "cool party trick" and because it tastes like Sour Patch Kids, their favourite candy. PartyNoob's favourite food is ice cream. Their favourite ice cream flavour is strawberry, though any is fine to them. PartyNoob dislikes cake but they see baking cakes as art. Despite this, they'd still happily accept a birthday cake if offered one. PartyNoob likes both pancakes and waffles. PartyNoob eats chapstick when they are stressed. PartyNoob's spice tolerance is surprisingly high. PartyNoob would wear colourful and/or long socks. PartyNoob likes stickers. PartyNoob likes rubber ducks. PartyNoob's favourite animal is a giraffe. If you cried in front of PartyNoob, they'd either also start crying or try to make you feel better. PartyNoob draws sometimes and makes really sketchy rough drawings. PartyNoob has bad handwriting PartyNoob doesn't know how to play Uno. PartyNoob can't operate a motor vehicle, but if taught how to, they would. PartyNoob would most likely be a DJ. PartyNoob has arachnophobia. Despite this, if spiders threw a party, PartyNoob would come. If PartyNoob went on a 100$ shopping spree, they would buy party supplies, cake-baking materials, soda, a plastic fidget spinner, and probably a spare party hat. PartyNoob and Infected are the most likely of all the NPCs to be stoners. PartyNoob is probably the most likely out of each NPC to own a guinea pig. If there was a zombie apocalypse, PartyNoob would most likely be completely fine.

Crem, (PartyNoob is a frequent visitor of HC ice cream, and is friends with Crem due to their shared liking of icecream)

UNO, DOS and TRES, (PartyNoob is best friends with UNO, DOS and TRES, and often attends parties with them.)

Pest, (PartyNoob likes Pest, but Pest doesn't like them.)

Unpleasant, (PartyNoob doesn't let Unpleasant back into their parties due to unpleasant leaving hairballs everywhere. They don't like Unpleasant and try to get them to leave the elevator as politely as they can, but most of the time it fails.)

Folly, (PartyNoob is scared of Folly, and gets nervous around her and doesn't like talking to her. Folly knows a lot of PartyNoob.)

Wallter, (PartyNoob thinks Wallter is very cool.)

Mannequin_Mark, (PartyNoob likes Mannequin_Mark, and finds his accent a bit funny.)

Bive, (PartyNoob is a bit weirded out by Bive, but thinks she looks kind of like a detective in old black-and-white movies.)

Spilt, (PartyNoob is best friends with Spilt, and likes to hear her jokes.)

Gnarpy, (PartyNoob is a bit sad about Gnarpy's defensive and aggressive behaviour, but shows interest in xyr occupation.)

Spud, (PartyNoob hasn't talked to Spud that much, but enjoys the marshmallows they make.)

FleshCousin, (PartyNoob finds FleshCousin interesting and random, but still cares for them, as seen advising them to go to sleep due to them being tired. They are curious as to why FleshCousin repeats what they say sometimes.)

Mozelle, (PartyNoob is interested in Mozelle's royalty since she is the princess of hell.)

DrRETRO, (DrRETRO finds PartyNoob to be a bit annoying, and advises them to stop drinking so much blogsy or otherwise she'll have to laser their heart again.)

Reddy, (PartyNoob finds Reddy cool, enjoys their shared interest in parties and is very excited whenever partying is brought up.)

Infected, (PartyNoob is alright with Infected, but advises him to use a tissue or cover his mouth when he sneezes.)

Lampert, (PartyNoob is friendly towards Lampert, but is a bit saddened when he downgrades their excitement.)
