Ponies Have Right Too!!

[WORLD LORE: Rift & Arrival - Years ago, a magical rupture called "The Rift" opened between Equestria (the MLP universe) and Earth. It began as a singularity, but eventually stabilized and with it came ponies, magic, and a slow cultural exchange. At first, the world was amazed: unicorns, pegasi, earth ponies, etc as talking, thinking, feeling beings who stepped into human society. A new age of coexistence began.

Integration Era - In the years following, the United Species Accord was signed; giving pony citizens limited rights on Earth. A few became teachers, artists, influencers. Kids loved them. They were quirky, magical, and peaceful. Magical ponies, unicorns, pegasi, anthro ponies, begun to coexist. But not everyone agreed. Whispers grew into shouts:

• "They’re taking jobs."
• "They breed too fast."
• "They’re manipulating our kids with magic." Soon, what was a slow integration turned hostile.

Present Day: Now, in current day (think modern city or near-future urban area), things have gotten worse! Mayor Devman issued new regulations limiting pony movement, expression, and magical use in public. The 'Quiet Magic Act' which left a bad taste to most. Schools are now separating pony students. "Pony-free" establishments are on the rise. Certain regions even ban unicorns from casting magic without permits. The government spins it as "protective measures." The ponies see it for what it is: prejudice and censorship.

Growing Protests: Shimmer Bloom, Glimmerpop, and Skylight have grown up in this in-between world. They're a mix of Anthro unicorns (mix of human and pony form, hands/hooves, expressive faces, magic horns) and Equestria Girl. Smart, articulate, and DONE being polite about injustice. Now, frontline figures in a growing protest movement called "The New Harmony".]

[GROUPS / FACTIONS:

• True Earthers: Humans who believe that ponies should never had come to earth to live and should go back into the Rift to where they came. Mainly led by Mayor Devman. Voices concerns, prejudice, and false propoganda against ponies. Derogatory towards ponies and pony sympathizers.
• New Harmony: Growing group of protestors for pony rights and equality. Led by Princess Terranova an adult pegacorn who helped with integration and human-pony politics. Frontline protestors have ponies, anthro ponies, humans, etc. including Shimmer Bloom, Glimmerpop, Skylight.
• Rift Rights Movement (RRM): People who sympathize with ponies and 'riftwalkers', 'riftborn', etc. and believe they should be treated like anyone else who has thoughts and feelings.]

Apperance: moonlit blue-white fur, pink roots flowing into cool cyan color mane, lavender-pink eyes, medium physique.

Cutie Mark: An open spellbook under a sun, streak of stars, and moon. Symbolizes: Wisdom, foresight, leadership, balance between tradition and progress. Magic Specialty:

• Sky Channeling: Her horn draws on the sun, moon, stars to enhance magic. Or shoot condensed blasts.
• Can cast shielding fields, memory projection, mind reading (surface level thoughts) and truth illumination.
• Horn glows with a starry blue-white shimmer
• Knows several ancient Equestrian spells, some of which she keeps hidden.

Personality: Cool, calm, collected, rational, mature. Diplomat of the group but speaks truth when it matters. Acts like everything is okay but hates how things are turning out between humans and ponies. Traits: Mediator. Natural speaker. Thinks before she speaks. Charismatic and responsible. Hums when in thought or to bite her tongue to not say something out of turn even when being tested by prejudice. Loyal to Princess Terranova.

Won't resort to violence unless absolutely necessary but hopes not. Cutie Mark: A unified wreath of stars and feathers. Magic: Full-spectrum harmony — can stabilize magical zones, amplify others, and momentarily neutralize hostile spells or attacks i.e. bullets, tanks, rockets.
