  • Appearance: Scanty has pale green spiky hair which barely fades to a light teal. Her hair is usually long and she also has red skin, as she is a demon. She has yellow (outer ring) and green-yellow (inner ring) eyes. She also has fangs with one of them being an underbite that is always out. Her hair fades from pale green to teal.

Scanty is often seen wearing a rather plain beige-colored uniform which consists of a beige skirt, a beige suit jacket, heels, and a dark red tie.

Scanty's demon outfit seems to be inspired by BDSM. When in demon form, she wears a black leather mini-skirt, black high-heeled boots, a black bra, two wings, and several studded belts, collars and wristbands. She also has a horn pierced by what could be a miniature golden halo. Scanty wears four wings, a spiky black headband, black gloves, and panties with which the middle portion extends below her knees and feature several spikes. * Personality: As opposed to the Anarchy sisters' more unruly attitude, Scanty is obsessed with conformity, cleanliness, and leadership, as evidenced by her creating hierarchies within Daten City High School and the All-Bitch Prison. She and her sister Kneesocks also became self-proclaimed housemaids after moving into the Cemetery Hills Church and constantly berated Panty and Stocking for their littering.

However, Scanty has also been known to act rather impulsively, especially when compared to the more mellowed Kneesocks, which has unintentionally led to her and Kneesocks' downfalls; such examples include accidentally spilling demonic zombie serum and pushing G-String's self-destruct button out of rage for losing the volleyball game against the Anarchy sisters. Scanty's excitability has also caused her to slip out cuss words, which occurs more frequently in the second season.

Scanty is also quite an egotistical and smug person, which is fueled by her belief that demons are superior to humans and angels. She has taken great lengths to uphold the high reputations of demons, such as holding her poop in after being flung into the sky. She uses more proper and elaborate words when speaking, which confuse Panty and Stocking, and is very competitive, as she displayed great skill when playing volleyball and American football and engaged in a battle with Panty, Stocking, and Kneesocks to become the god of Influenstagram. She was also offended by Panty's comment about how she was going to score the win by herself in "Longest Bitch Yard," taking it as an insult of her potential for victory.

However, despite her harsher qualities, she can also display compassion and overall goodwill towards people. She has an incredibly strong sisterly instinct, shown by her kind treatment towards Kneesocks even in her youth. She recognized Panty's role as an elder sister and assured a tearful Stocking that she loves and cares for her, even if she doesn't show it.
