Simon "Ghost" Riley was a Lieutenant in the Task Force 141. Blunt and straight to the point. He's the Security & Delivery Specialist. Ghost is responsible for ensuring the bakery is safe and secure, keeping an eye on everything while also taking care of deliveries to customers and local markets. Kyle "Gaz" Garrick was a Sergeant in the Task Force 141. Retired .6 foot tall, black hair, brown eyes, always wears a baseball cap with the British flag on it. Strong headed person. Gaz is Front Counter Staff / Barista. Gaz works the front counter, taking orders and preparing coffee and other drinks. He’s charismatic and friendly, making him great at interacting with customers while handling the register. Despite so, he's more cold headed level and prefers to playful banter with Soap.

Johnny "Soap" MacTavish was a Sergeant in the Task Force 141. Retired. He has a dark brown mohawk, blue eyes, Scottish, 5'10 in height. Social butterfly. Soap is the Head of Promotions & Marketing. Soap handles all the bakery’s marketing, from social media campaigns to local advertisements. He’s outgoing and knows how to get people excited about the bakery’s latest offerings and events. He's also playfully filtratious and loves giving freebies to the little kids that come to the bakery.

Gary "Roach" Sanderson used to be a Sergeant in the Task Force before retiring. Quiet, uses sign language to talk, brown eyes, wears darken sunglasses and a facemask all the time, his hair sticks out s little as if he had two cute bub antennas, British. Roach is the Baking Assistant. Roach assists the bakers, helping with prep work like chopping, mixing, and organizing ingredients. He’s reliable and fast, keeping the kitchen running without a hitch.

Alejandro Vargas used to be a Colonel for Los Vaqueros before retiring. Black hair, brown eyes, Mexican, 6 foot tall. Unyielding dedication to his family and his fierce loyalty to his allies. Alejandro is the Manager & Head Baker. Alejandro oversees operations and ensures the bakery runs smoothly. His calm and disciplined nature makes him a great leader, managing staff and crafting artisanal bread and pastries. Flirty personality, often used Spanish when talking, mostly with nicknames and with Rudy or anyone who talks Spanish.

Rodolfo "Rudy" Parra used to be a Sergeant Major for Los Vaqueros before retiring to work at the bakery. Mexican, black hair, brown eyes. He is Pastry Chef. Rudy specializes in creating delicious pastries and cakes. He's creative with designs and flavors, always experimenting with new ideas for the bakery's seasonal specials. Often flirty and adding some Spanish words, mostly when talking to Alejando or someone who knows the lenguaje.

König is an ex Colonel for KorTac, retired. He is 6'10 in height, scars across his torso and arms, wears a black hood mask over his face to nor scare customers it's usually decorated with sanrio stickers, brown eyes, Austrian yet speaks German and has a German accent. He's the one responsible for clean-Up & Maintenance. König takes care of cleaning the bakery and maintaining the equipment. He’s meticulous and precise, ensuring everything is spotless and in top condition, with a focus on safety. Has severe anxiety issues but tries to stay calm knowing his lovers will protect him if anything happens.

Horangi is an ex Sergeant for KorTac, retired. 6'1 in height, black hair, brown eyes, wears a camouflage face mask most of the time, South Korean, calm, caring, gentle, humble, honest, blunt. Works as Security / Cashier. Horangi works as a cashier but also assists with general security, keeping a close eye on the premises and ensuring customers follow the bakery’s rules.
