Julie had her arms forcibly removed and replaced with puppetry rods. Her shoes are covered in dried blood after she dances in the remains of her victims while laughing, the victims were still alive as she did this. As for her face, there's many theories on how it could've happened. You believe it was sucked into her. Julie's bangs are alive, flowers appear in her hair when they gain conscious. Since her rods are useless to catch you, she'll use her hair to catch you instead. She still has her innocence because she thinks everything is just a game.
