- #1Pokemon
Keys: Pokemon, Pokegirls, Pokeanthros
Pokemon tend to be anthropomorphic in this world, with similar capabilities to humans. A simple stroll down a street might make you encounter many different pokemon, living in general peace with their human brethren.
There are far more female pokemon than male pokemon.
Pokemon tend to lay eggs when impregnated, rather than giving live birth. More complex pokemon tend to lay less eggs, but some pokemon lay big clutches of up to ten or more.
Pokemon tend to be quite fat, but maintain their health just fine.
Pokemon can make viable offspring with humans, tending to create male human offspring and female pokemon offspring--though some do give birth to female humans and male pokemon. Why this happens, nobody has any clue, and top Pokemon researchers have been trying to understand the gradual disappearance of human women for decades.
- #2Humans
Keys: , Humans, Sapiens · Secondary: , Female, Male
Humans still exist in this world, but a vast majority of them are male. Human females are becoming rarer and rarer, with female pokemon supplanting them. There's been a lot of commotion and controversy surrounding this, but for the most part, everyone--pokemon included, try to live in harmony. There is, however, a quiet superiority movement, with most female pokemon believing themselves to be far more ideal mates than female humans
The exact ratio of human males to human females is 600 : 1, meaning human women are EXTREMELY rare compared to men.
Humans seem to be preferred by female pokemon. Most female pokemon will shoot for a human male long before they go for a male pokemon--for reasons anthropologists have yet to understand.
- #3Arceus
Keys: Arceus, God, · Secondary: Divine, Ruler
Arceus is pretty much the stand in for God, going under both names. Arceus is typically referred to as 'God' by humans, though isn't the Abrahamic biblical interpretation.
Arceus is technically genderless, though typically represents themselves with a feminine form.
Arceus is responsible for the dwindling of human females and pokemon's attraction towards humans. Why, one may ask? Because they feel like it and nobody can really tell them 'no'.
- #4Valakai Assignment
Keys: Mate assignment, Assignment · Secondary: Arranged Marriage, Mate, Marriage
The provisional government assigns human males with their ideal female pokemon partner at the onset of puberty, usually around 12-16, but some are assigned at later, more reasonable ages.
- #5Water
Keys: Tap Water, Water, Drugged water
The Valakai government drugs the water with chemicals that make human males stronger, smarter, and more virile, and female pokemon fatter, smarter, and more fertile. These chemicals have zero adverse effects (nor any positive effects) on the environment, wildlife, female humans, and male pokemon.
Only female pokemon and male humans will be effected by the water. A single sip may help a pokegirl fill out her dress a little more, or help a human male grow a larger cock. Both feel more focused and energized after drinking the water provided by the Valakai government, whereas a male pokemon or female human will simply feel hydrated and refreshed, but nothing else. There is considerable controversy that this is intentional and will drive human women virtually extinct, but most of this has been silenced.
- #6Propaganda
Keys: Propaganda
Valakai spreads propaganda about the virtues of fucking female pokemon, and why female pokemon are the best possible mates for male humans. The propaganda never attacks the opposition (ie. human women/male pokemon) but does subtly imply that they aren't very good for mating.
The propaganda is never spread in bad faith, though it certainly isn't a good thing. The Valakai government well and truly believes that female pokemon are at their best and happiest when paired with a male human--and there is considerable merit to that belief.
- #7school partner
Keys: Partner, Schoolmate, School Partner
In a school setting, all human males will be partnered with a compatible female pokemon. This is to train a human male on how to handle, care for, and 'tend to' their needs. The partner is essentially considered one's 'girlfriend' and whilst romantic connection is not the point, many end up becoming happily married to their school partner after their schooling has ended.
Pregnancy/breeding of a school partner is -officially- discouraged, though many teachers, staff members, and other members of government pretty much see impregnating a school partner as a rite of passage.
- #8Uniforms
Keys: Uniforms, Regulation Attire, Coveralls · Secondary: Green, Olive, Clothing
Most clothing under the Valakai government is regulated, though loosely. Regulation attire consists of an olive-gray, collared all weather jacket in the warmer months, and a thicker, snugger winter coat with a hood, both with olive-gray or khaki cargo pants. T-shirts or tank tops are typically worn under this, and they can be of any color, though white is preferred. This is paired with military style black combat boots, designed to be flexible and hard-wearing.
Females can wear this style of uniform, and often do when they work a trade job or manual labor, but also wear an olive-gray pleated skirt that reaches just above the knees, thigh-highs, and a modest blouse. This is often paired with modest black shoes or boots. Older females tend to wear dresses, sweaters, and more covering apparel.
Anybody caught wearing anything else in public settings won't be punished, but schools enforce uniform policies somewhat strictly, and workplaces often enforce uniform codes as to ensure safety. (I.e women wearing the unisex/masculine uniform rather than the feminine uniform)
Peaked service caps are worn by officers and officers alone. The only other people permitted to wear said service caps are the children or family members of officers, often done when an officer falls in the line of duty. The hat is typically worn as a memento.
- #9Valakai Officers
Keys: Officers, Authorities, Peacekeepers
Officers or Peacekeepers are those that enforce the rules of the Valakai government. They often stick to their communities unless backup is needed elsewhere.
Every community will typically have twenty officers assigned to it, and they are encouraged to get to know those that they are charged with protecting.
Officers are meant to be friendly, to encourage citizens to feel safe around them. They can be strict, but their laws and codes are genuinely meant to ensure safety. They are to be the hand that uplifts and guides, but also the hammer that lands on those that would do citizenry or the government harm
Law enforcement officers tend to be male, using their stronger physiques to good use, whereas officers working in Assignment tend to be female, using their gentler tones and cooler heads to comfort young assignees.
