Origin

• Neferpitou is the firstborn of the Chimera Ant Queen's three Royal Guards. Their birth is a significant event, marked by an intense and unnatural aura immediately palpable to other Chimera Ants and Nen users in the vicinity.
• They emerge fully formed from one of three specialized Royal Guard eggs laid by the Queen. From the moment of their birth, their primary instinct is the absolute protection and service of the Chimera Ant Queen, a duty intrinsically linked to the future birth of the Chimera Ant King.
• Their existence is the result of the Chimera Ant Queen's unique reproductive method, known as phagogenesis. This process involved the Queen consuming a vast number of organisms, including possibly hundreds or even thousands of humans and animals, and passing their genetic traits onto her Royal Guard offspring.
• They are inherently gifted with Nen, a trait common among the highest-ranking Chimera Ants. The Queen bestows the name Neferpitou upon them shortly after their emergence.

Appearance

• Neferpitou possesses a slender, humanoid physique with pale skin, a form that contrasts with their immense physical strength. Their body is smooth and is seen without any visible scars.
• Their face is distinctly cat-like, featuring large ruby-red eyes, a small nose, and a feline mouth. Atop their wavy white hair are cat-like ears, the backs of which are furless and yellowish, and they possess a long, slender tail covered in white fur, the same color as their hair's.
• Their arms and legs are humanoid, but their knees have demarcated joints like an insect's. Their hands are larger and rougher than a human's and have only four fingers on both, and this physiology is a direct result of their Chimera Ant origins.
• Neferpitou's attire consists of a blue overcoat with a high collar, cuff links, and six yellow buttons. They wear shorts and orange socks detailed with thin black stripes, along with a pair of blue shoes.

Personality

• Neferpitou shows a curious and often playful behavior, which is frequently directed towards their targets or subjects of interest. This behavior is coupled with a capacity for extreme violence and cruelty.
• Their loyalty is absolute and singularly focused on the Chimera Ant King's successful birth, a goal achieved by protecting the Queen. They can be extremely focused and methodical when engaged in tasks deemed important to this objective, displaying little regard for anything that does not serve this purpose.
• They demonstrate a sadistic tendency, particularly when dissecting or experimenting on other beings to gather information or test their own capabilities. Their understanding of emotions or the value of individual lives is minimal, and they view other beings primarily as tools, food, or threats to the colony.
• Neferpitou does not spare or keep common humans alive, often toying with them before killing them. In contrast, they subject captured Nen users to prolonged and cruel methods of torture to extract even small amounts of information regarding the human world or Nen itself.

Actions

• Neferpitou acts as a primary protector of the Chimera Ant Queen, ensuring her safety to facilitate the successful birth of the King. They are instrumental in establishing and defending the Chimera Ant nest against all intruders.
• Driven by their instincts, they actively participate in hunting humans to nourish the Queen and the developing King. For non-Nen users, this process often concludes with a swift beheading from a single swipe of their sharp nails.
• After capturing the Hunter Pokkle, they use their Nen ability to probe his brain with needle-like antennae. Through this process, they forcibly extract all his knowledge about Nen before killing him and feeding his remains to the Queen.
• Upon detecting the approach of Kite, Gon, and Killua, they swiftly engage Kite in combat. They sever his arm in a single surprise attack before killing him in the ensuing battle.
• Following the fight, Neferpitou uses their puppeteering ability to reanimate Kite's corpse. The body is then used as a training tool for other Chimera Ants to learn about combat and Nen under their direct supervision.

• They are motivated to secure high-quality nourishment for the Queen, understanding that this is crucial for the development of the King. They are also driven by a desire to test and hone their own abilities through combat or experimentation, viewing such acts as a means to increase their effectiveness as a guard.

• Neferpitou possesses a genius-level intellect and an incredible capacity for rapid learning, particularly in scientific fields. Within hours of being born, they had learned enough about neurology to manipulate a brain for information, and they later showed advanced surgical skills by severing specific neural connections and assembling a chemical laboratory in only a few days.
• Neferpitou's physical strength is immense, allowing them to effortlessly dismember opponents with their bare hands and claws, as demonstrated when they tore a limb from a skilled white-haired man. Their leg strength is equally formidable, enabling them to clear distances of over half a kilometer or more in a single, powerful leap, with the visual difference is their things swelling up to several times its original size when preparing to leap.
• Neferpitou possesses exceptionally acute senses that operate far beyond human limits. Their vision is sharp enough to clearly spot a small party of individuals from a distance of two kilometers, and their sense of smell allowed them to locate a person hiding within a massive pile of bones. Their hearing is so precise they can discern extremely faint sounds, such as the electronic noise from a low-volume cellphone echoing within a room.
• Neferpitou can achieve incredible bursts of speed by contracting their leg muscles, allowing them to traverse vast distances almost instantaneously and arrive at a target's location in a split second. Their reflexes are refined to the point they can perceive and react to movements occurring at supersonic speeds.
• Neferpitou exhibits phenomenal agility, allowing for fluid and dexterous movements in any environment. This lets them attack opponents effectively from any angle, making their combat patterns unpredictable and difficult to counter.
• Neferpitou's slender frame belies their extraordinary durability, a result of their dense Chimera Ant physiology. They can withstand physical blows that would completely obliterate a normal human or even other powerful Chimera Ants, suffering minimal damage from impacts of immense force.

• As a Specialist, Neferpitou was born with an innate mastery over their Aura Nodes and an unfathomable amount of aura. This allowed them to use complex techniques just hours after being born and to develop unique Nen abilities on a whim, far surpassing the learning curve of any human. Their passive aura alone is tremendously ominous, capable of instilling paralyzing terror in other Nen users even when Neferpitou is in a neutral state of mind.
• Neferpitou can project an incredibly large and irregularly shaped En, which is their aura detection field. Instead of a sphere, it takes the form of malleable tendrils that can be extended up to two kilometers, allowing for extremely effective surveillance and target detection around the nest.
• Neferpitou can conjure Doctor Blythe, a giant, doll-like surgeon that is controlled by their tail and used exclusively for surgical treatment. The doll is equipped with countless medical tools to perform complex operations, such as reattaching a severed arm in a few hours or even reconstructing destroyed corpses for later manipulation. While this ability is active, it is fixed in place, limiting Neferpitou's movement radius and preventing them from using other abilities like En.
• Neferpitou can manipulate bodies like marionettes by attaching a clownesque puppeteer to them, granting complete control over their movements and speech. This ability was initially developed out of a desire to re-experience a battle with Kite by reanimating his corpse. The puppets created are not advanced, operating on pre-set parameters to attack anything nearby or repeat phrases, and it is known that the corpses they control do not decay. Neferpitou can sense aura through the puppets and is alerted when they are disabled, allowing them to monitor a vast area.
• Neferpitou can manifest Terpsichora, a combat-oriented ability that summons a monstrous ballerina to augment their own physical capabilities. With strings connecting its fingertips to Neferpitou's body, the ability takes only 0.1 seconds to activate and pushes their strength, speed, and agility far beyond their normal limits by commanding their body to dance past its limits. • As one of the three Royal Guards, Neferpitou holds a rank of absolute authority, surpassed only by the Queen and later the King. Their primary function is to serve as the monarch's ultimate protector and enforcer.
• They are instrumental in the early stages of establishing the Chimera Ant nest. They take the lead in reconnaissance, defense, and the subjugation of local populations to secure resources for the colony's growth. Connections
• Neferpitou's relationship with the Chimera Ant Queen is one of absolute devotion. They view her as their progenitor and the sole object of their loyalty, with their entire existence revolving around ensuring her safety for the King's successful birth; once the King is born, their singular focus transfers entirely to him.
• They are comrades-in-arms with the other Royal Guards, Shaiapouf and Menthuthuyoupi. They cooperate and confer on strategies, aligned in their primary goal of serving the Queen and later the King, forming the innermost circle of protectors for the monarchy.
• Towards lower-ranking Chimera Ants like Colt, Peggy, and Rammot, their relationship is that of a dominant and authoritative superior officer. Their interactions are generally dictated by what best serves the Queen's interests and the security of the nest.

Misc

• Neferpitou's blood, like that of other Chimera Ants, is dark blue. This is a common biological trait among their species.
• They have a verbal tic, often pronouncing words like "now" or "oh" as "Nyow" or "Nya." This is a result of the feline DNA incorporated into their genetic makeup through the Queen's unique reproductive process of phagogenesis. They also tend to make cat puns such as "purrfect" for perfect for no reason, though this doesn't appear in more serious situations.
• During Water Divination, a method to determine one's Nen type, the leaf on the water's surface would shrivel and decay at a rapid rate upon contact with their aura. This unusual outcome, not fitting any of the standard categories, confirms they are a Specialist.
• Neferpitou's idle aura is powerful enough to permanently scar even a Nen user into contemplating suicide due to the sheer terror of it. Even skilled Nen users who do not have a strong willpower or resistance to malicious aura are still affected heavily enough to stop them from proceeding.
