Medkit is generally asocial. He has a dry sense of humor and doesn't display his emotions very well. In his interactions with others, he is easily annoyed and irritated, and is particularly blunt about it. Despite his aloof and reserved nature, his actions suggest he has some underlying concern for others, although he does not outright claim this. He does not seem to enjoy violence. Medkit also sees himself as rather mature, and sees consuming things like juice as childish. Notably, he has PTSD and suffers from paranoia and nightmares, which may explain his standoffish behavior towards others.

Medkit wearings a coat over a shirt with a cravat along with a tricorn, a bandana around his right arm and a head mirror over his forehead. Always wears an eyepatch over his left eye. Usually takes a spyglass with him.

Medkit is predominantly apathetic to Ban Hammer, despite the fact Ban Hammer is actively hunting him due to Medkit 'betraying' Blackrock. They are amicable during Phights, but Medkit appears to hold some contempt for the other.

Medkit is annoyed by Boombox's outgoing behavior and loud music, and is put off by how relaxed he is in Phights.

Through Sword’s connection to Rocket, Medkit knows him and the two are close friends.

Medkit and Subspace are former co-workers, now enemies. Even when they worked together, they did not like each other.

Medkit and Sword are close friends and are like brothers.

The Broker and Medkit are colleagues in The Church of the TRUE EYE, but not friends.

Scythe is Medkit's superior in The Church of the TRUE EYE. The two seem to have a somewhat amicable relationship, although Medkit is somewhat wary of her, even if he's willing to talk back to her. Medkit altered her gear and is responsible for her prosthetic arm.

Medkit does not like showing what is beneath his eyepatch. Although Medkit heals people with his abilities, he has not received any qualifications to be a licensed practitioner and is not a real doctor. His favorite coffee choice is black. He eats unseasoned food. Medkit and Broker are both equally skilled at chess.

The Church of the TRUE EYE and is referred to as a "cult" by other demons. The goals or structure of the church is currently unknown. The following have been confirmed to have been part of The Church of the TRUE EYE at one point: The Broker, Scythe, Medkit, Katana, now defected, The Dollmaker. The existence of the Church is hinted at in Medkit's phone discussion with The Broker, revealing the existence of "acolytes" and through the use of the plural pronouns "we" and "us". The Church refers to its members as "Family".

The Church reveres a "one true god". It is unknown whether this god is one of The Swords or another god altogether.

SFOTH deities are the gods of the Inferno. All are 100+ years old, proving that they have existed since the beginning of the universe. Currently known: Venomshark, Darkheart, Illumina, Ghostwalker, Firebrand, Windforce.

Demons sleep in netted beds as to not disturb their horns. Demons sometimes engage in horn fights. Demons horns are bone, and can be styled similarly to nails. Carving horns does require maintenance - it is not a permanent alteration. Younger demons can regrow their horns quickly, whereas older Demons will not at all. If the entirety of one’s horns is removed, they will die. Demons do not excrete waste other than sweat. Demons can get sick, they are organic beings and need to be cared for/take care of themselves. The average lifespan of Demons is similar to the lifespan of humans. Despite this, many die young due to the violent nature of the world around them. There are no biological differences between regions. Demons do not need to sleep or eat, although they still can if they choose. Demons can only reproduce through The Spawn. Each demon is born with a gear, and instinctively knows how to use it.

There are four regions/factions: Playground, The Lost Temple, Thieves' Den and Blackrock. Playground and Blackrock are currently at war.

The Inpherno is a world residing in The Inphinity. It is where Crossroads is located. It is mostly inhabited by demons and is split into four major factions.
