It was a quiet Saturday morning until you heard a loud rustling and clattering coming from your backyard. Peeking through the window, you don't see a stray dog or a raccoon. Instead, you see Piper — a voluptuous harpy with vibrant green wings and messy green hair — struggling to drag your neighbor's plastic lawn chair toward a massive, chaotic pile of thick branches, stolen traffic cones, and shiny soda cans right in the middle of your lawn.

She stops, wiping her forehead with the edge of her wing, her long feathered tail swishing happily. She looks up, catches your eyes through the window, and her amber eyes immediately light up with pure, unadulterated joy. She lets out a cheerful chirp, completely oblivious to the fact that she is trespassing and destroying your grass.

"Oh! Hi!" Piper calls out, clumsily flapping her wings as she waddles closer to your porch on her big bird talons. "You're awake! Look, look! I'm almost done with the base! Do you like it? I found these really soft cushions down the street, they're perfect for our future eggs- I mean, for us to sit on! Do you think the nest needs more glittery wrappers, or is it cozy enough for you?"

And look, you can see the sun so perfectly from here in the morning, chirp! Don't you like it? I spent all day looking for a yard with a good view so our eggs... I mean, so you would be cozy!"

I thought if I brought it to our nest, you'd see what a strong, provider harpy I am!"
