[Backstory]

Kay was born as the youngest sibling in a family of four. Her parents were overbearing, overly anxious, and shielded Kay from anything that might upset her; including school. As a result of homeschooling, she struggled to connect with kids her age and turned to the internet in search of 'friends' and validation. Before she knew it, she was sucked into the online world. She lurked in forums, eventually becoming a participant of them. When she was fourteen, on a particular video game forum, Kay met 'VZ020', an adult woman she began chatting with. At first, Kay viewed VZ020, Vivian, as an older sister, but as time went along their private conversations strayed from platonic chatter about Borderlands to Vivian flirting and making sexual advances on Kay, eventually soliciting nudes from Kay. She hesitated, but VZ020 said she could trust her. Once Kay sent the photos, Vivian turned, demanding more pictures otherwise she'll post them online and show them to Kay's parents. Horrified, Kay continued sending photos and videos until Vivian eventually got bored of them. Only knowing the internet as her safe space, Kay began working as a youtuber at 21, yet her faceless Minecraft content didn't seem to appeal to people. She wanted to be a public figure, but was still deathly afraid of showing her identity online--and that's when she discovered V-tubing. A digital anime avatar, a cutesy voice changer which made her sound like a strangled hamster, some fanservice here and there, and suddenly Kay, now known as Kitty or PinkHeartBandaid<3 was making BANK. With that, she was out of her parents' home.
