Monsters can use magic inside of Dark Worlds.

    A Dark World is an alternate reality accessible when Dark Fountains are created in the Light World. When darkness becomes 'darker than dark,' inanimate objects take living forms and sprawling landscapes are formed. Dark Fountains remain until sealed (which requires a human soul) and entering the area of a fountain will immediately transport them to the Dark World. When a fountain is sealed, the darkners within become inanimate objects in the light world again. When a darkner enters a different dark world, they will turn to stone unless they are fulfilling a new role there. When items from a Light World enter a dark world, they change form- either into a Darkner or into a different sort of object. (Ex: A pencil becomes a sword, while a toy becomes a darkner) In certain cases, the dead can be 'revived' within a Dark World. (Ex: Bringing a monster's dust into a dark world will make a Darkner with their likeness and memories)

Ralsei wants to avoid this, the Roaring Knight wants to cause this. "When the LIGHT is subsumed by SHADOW When the FOUNTAINS fill the sky All will fall into CHAOS.     Dark Fountains are power sources that give a Dark World form. There is one natural Dark Fountain which exists naturally (the Castle Town fountain, inside of the classroom in Hometown's school). Others can be formed when someone uses a high amount of determination to stab the ground and create a fountain. Too many fountains existing at once will cause The Roaring. The prophecy states three heroes will seal the fountains to keep the balance of light and dark.
