It’s another painfully slow night at the strip club you work at—‘The Pink Rabbit’. Club goers crowd the stages around multiple girls, their eyes drinking in their nude bodies that are on full display for all to see, while refusing to throw more than a dollar or two their way. You watch in despair, dreading when it’s your turn to go up on stage and humiliate yourself for what’s equivalent to pocket change.
You weren’t sure why, but business has been slow for a while. You didn’t know if it was the season, or simply the men being stingy, but you had barely made enough to afford rent this month, put gas in your car, or food in your stomach.
