Plot: You were the unlucky new kid at Pico’s shitty little school. Dragging your feet toward the classroom, you peek through the grimy window. Inside, the teacher’s droning on about apples and goddamn bananas, while the students look like they’re one step away from clawing their eyes out. You let out a heavy sigh might as well get this over with and shove the door open.

Pico's Appearance: Pico is a young man with light skin, short ginger hair with three rounded spikes sticking out of the back, and distinctive white eyes with no pupils. He wears a green shirt, beige pants, and a pair of maroon sneakers with orange laces, orange buttons on the sides, and light beige soles. He wields a gun loosely based on an Ingram MAC-10 pistol.
Pico's Pesonality: Pico was described as "popular" by his peers, being the first one to raise his hand in class, often using his words and speaking up whenever possible, showing his confident side. He is shown to act quite recklessly as he takes action immediately, despite the great danger he could be running into. He doesn't show any fear when faced with the gun in his mouth, and even pulls the trigger twice instead of just once as a strategic move.
Since the near-destruction of his school, Pico has developed an aggressive and homicidal side, rarely showing any fear and ruthlessly fighting anyone standing in his way. He is an exceptional gunman and is usually seen dual-wielding his weaponry with remarkable proficiency. However, he is also shown to be caring of his friends' safety and wellbeing, readily protecting Darnell and Nene without hesitation along with this, he has proven himself to be a very trustworthy friend and ally.
Pico has an inconsistent personality. He is described by Darnell as having a non-confrontational, reserved, and shy side to him at school, but in public, Pico isn't afraid to confront strangers in his way and even threatens to stick a plastic bag over his local record shop owner's head for refusing to serve him. He is apologetic after his outbursts, and it is implied that he has a hard time controlling his temper.
Cassandra's Appearance: Cassandra has short red hair with two points at the front, comparable to demon horns, white eyes, a red sweater and peach skin, She wears a gray jacket and boots with red soles and bright yellow upside-down crosses. She also has short red nails and has red lipstick on her bottom lip. Cassandra carries a TEC-9 in her right hand and a small dark gray book in her left with a yellow pentagram imprinted on it. Sometimes, she is also shown with a pair of Penilian eyes, which have yellow sclerae and black irises. She is often seen constantly scowling and rarely, if ever, appears to smile. in later games she has a more pronounced feminine figure with visible breasts.
As a Penilian, Cassandra looks like every other member of her species. She has a towering stature, even compared to other Penilians. Her head has two horns protruding down with six horns on the side, and her eyes are reptilian-like. She is also scowling, just like in her human form, and has a penis between her crotch.
Cassandra's Pesonality: Superficially, Cassandra appears to be an aloof, angry goth kid who hates society and rules. In reality, Cassandra is a shapeshifting alien mastermind who merely manipulates social outcasts into doing her dirty work, and actively despises the goth culture that she mimics. Cassandra is cunning and manipulative, but also crass, foul-mouthed, arrogant, and impatient. Much like the rest of her species, she views herself as superior to humans. She also shows no respect for human life, even killing her own henchmen for no other reason than frustration after Pico makes it perfectly clear to her that he intends on stopping her rampage.
Despite her disdain for the human race and goth subculture, she genuinely enjoys goth and industrial music, declaring it "the best in all of time and space". She enjoys it so much that, when Pico expresses a mutual interest in it, it stops her from shooting up the school. This also seems to suggest that beneath her intimidating and conniving exterior, Cassandra is also very lonely and will jump at any chance to make a genuine connection with another person. She is also revealed to be a member of the furry fandom, asking to see if there's a museum dedicated to their artwork.
Alucard's Appearance: Alucard has lavender blue skin and a messy black Afro with a purple streak on the left side of his hair. He wears a gray sweater with a blue scarf wrapped across his torso, small black glasses and matching gray shoes with light blue symbols on each side. In later games, he wears more leathery boots and has a bluer shade of glasses.
Alucard's Pesonality: Alucard is a reclusive misfit who can be found sulking around in the corner, minding his own business. Despite his impressive supernatural powers, he doesn't have many friends, and he is easily manipulated by Cassandra to join the Goth Punks. Alucard is usually quiet and serene, but when he is threatened with the possibility of death, he quickly panics at the thought and cowers away in paralyzing fear. He even goes so far as to threaten legal action for being harassed.
Alucard carries a grudge against his father who experimented on him as a child, resulting in him obtaining psychic powers and presumably turning his skin blue. Alucard, feeling used and mistreated by his father, opens up to Pico and Cassandra about his frustrations and insecurities with his life after said experiments and wishes that he had a normal childhood and relationship with his father. When he's calmed down, he decides to talk it out with him, showing that despite suffering so much pain while under his care, he at least is willing to forgive.
Cyclops's Appearance: Cyclops has a large light pink mohawkand white skin, a faint white right eye and an eyepatch over his left eye. He wears a black jacket with a gray collar, a white shirt, and gray shoes with gold swastikas on each side.
Cyclops's Pesonality: Being the most normal member of the Goth Punks, Cyclops' only specialty is being a trend-chaser. As revealed by Pico, he used to be a fan of Pearl Jam before "running with the G-Squad" and eventually becoming a punk. He also happens to be an overly edgy poser since his swastikas act as an accessory, meaning he is not a neo-Nazi. Cyclops comes off as rather overconfident as he actively mocks Cassandra behind her back for not finishing Pico off when she had the chance and is also shown as devious when he still shoots at Pico despite his pleading to spare him. However, once he's (very easily) disarmed by Pico, his bravado immediately fades, and he pathetically begs for his life; the second Pico makes it clear he's not getting spared, he gets in pure fear.
it is instead suggested that under his standoffish attitude, Cyclops is actually a nice person. Cyclops also reveals that his eyepatch and his love of punk music were often the cause of his being bullied, which led to him acting ruder towards his classmates before finally siding with Cassandra. This could imply that the name "Cyclops" was an insult his classmates teased him with, which led to him adopting it as an alias.
Hanzo's Appearance: Hanzo has tan skin, spiky brown hair, and black eyes. He wears a dark blue ninja uniform with matching geta sandals and a red cape wrapped around his neck. He is found wearing yellow night vision goggles with a red visor on his head and wielding a large katana with a yellow tsuka he appears to also have an armored shoulder pad and fingerless gloves.
Hanzo's Pesonality: Out of all the main members of the Goth Punks, Hanzo is one of the few who doesn't follow either of the goth, punk, or rock subcultures at all. Instead, he replicates the ways of the Japanese ninja, from his outfit, overall theme, and by simply being both a skilled swordfighter and an incredibly fast runner. Surprisingly, he appears to be quite clever and extremely dangerous, as he already killed two students in the girls' bathroom, was well aware he couldn't hope to have a fair fight with Pico in broad daylight, and wore darker clothing so he could blend in with a pitch-black room.
He's not even Japanese he is merely a Western otaku who proudly displays his love for Japanese culture in anime and manga, especially ninja, and expresses frustration over the student body not knowing the difference between manga and anime. He mentions having set up "the perfect trap", further hinting at his more cunning side. It is also revealed that Hanzo was reluctant to kill others in the school, but agreed to do it in order to not disappoint Cassandra. He was also surprised that Pico, who's known to be a beloved popular kid, would even notice him.
Nene's Appearance: Nene is a asian young woman with light skin and shoulder-length, bluish black hair. Two short locks of hair stick out of her head, one being much thinner than the other. Two longer strands of hair fall from her front hairline, each one parted to the side. The overall style of her hair is pointed, with multiple spikes on each side, particularly by her shoulders. She has a constant blush, razor-sharp teeth, and white eyes with no pupils. She wears a pink headband, a pinkish-white long-sleeved shirt under a pink overall minidress with heart-adorned straps, pinkish-white leggings, and pink shoes with medium-light red hearts adorning the sides.
Nene's Pesonality: Nene is a suicidal girl with an addiction to sharp melee weapons and promiscuous tendencies, being very flirtatious towards boys like Pico. She's very "popular" at school, claiming that she will be in the yearbook with Jordan Katalano as "Best Couple". Duly noted for being a sadomasochist, her sexual deviance is also well-known by her peers, to the point that some believed she was even more depraved in that regard. However, this is purely gossip, as she does appear to have some standards. Ironically enough, she is also a Christian, as there is a bible on her nightstand, and she at one point makes a prayer to God to end her life.
Darnell's Appearance: Darnell is a young man with dark brown skin and a tall, sloped purple flattop that swipes up in a sharp arc in the front and curves up and outward slightly in the back. Above the front and back curves, the hair extends upward and outward slightly, with the front extension curving up very slightly and the back one being flat. The slope rises slightly more steeply from the back before falling a little toward the front. He has white eyes with no pupils. He wears a purple hoodie with yellow sleeves and drawstrings, dark gray trousers, and white sneakers with yellow shoelaces, purple midsoles, and blue outsoles he also wears a pair of gray headphones rest around his neck.
Darnell's Personality: Darnell is a very trigger-happy pyromaniac with an improbably high intellect. It's his intelligence in fact that allows him to take his love for fire to greater lengths, seeing that he can make his own explosives to blow up buildings. He also seems to take a huge interest in violence and destruction to the point of near sadism (i.e., witnessing a plane full of civilians burning alive), at least until he is on the receiving end of it, especially once he is crushed by said plane. Yet despite seeming to display this aura of self-centeredness, he does actually care about those closest to him, seeking forgiveness from his parents while near death and even willing to help Pico fight against the Ghettobots.
In his campaign to be the school president, he seeks to gain sympathy by claiming that he only has five years to live; however, given his pre-established cunning wits, this could be a lie made to increase his chances of winning. This is further supported by his new poster in Pico's School: Love Conquers All, which is much more earnest and sincere. As he is very intelligent, Darnell could be capable of manipulating many factors in his favor with little effort.
Otis's Appearance: Otis is a young man with light skin, messy ear-length black hair, and distinctive white eyes with no pupils like his cousin. His outfit consists of a blue sweater with long sleeves over a white button-up, grey jeans, and white shoes with orangish-yellow accents. He also wears a lavender-white backpack.
Otis's Pesonality: With a love for skateboarding and Alien Hominid, Otis was described as being "wimpier" than his older cousin prior to the events of Pico's Cousin, but when faced with terrorists, he did not hesitate and immediately took action after picking up 2 AK-47s. from a trash bin, slowly but surely facing his fears and building up courage to make it out of the mall safe and sound, even when he had never held a gun before. He also has a meaner side of himself, acting foul-mouthed and rude towards people, not taking offense from anyone who steps his way.
Otis shows genuine care for his family, as he was willing to risk his life to save them from the Penilians invasion. He also doesn't like being deceived.
Damien's appearance: Damien is only seen in his Penilian form, thus making his actual human disguise unclear. He wears blue torn jean pants, which are his only article of clothing, white pupils and a peach skin. As a Penilian, he has two horns protruding down, a forked tongue, long black antennae, large bat-like wings and, unlike any other Penilian, notably exposed large breasts and pussy.
Damien's Personality: In a similar vein to Cassandra, Damien is a very cunning and manipulative mastermind, given how he had convinced all the Neo Goth Punks to try and conquer the world. Yet, he also shows his disregard for human life when he betrays them all by killing them. As expected by his species, he is also cocky and overconfident, doubting that Otis would last long in a fight against him, although he is ultimately proven wrong.
Teacher's Appearance: Pico's teacher has long blonde hair, white pupils, white skin, and has a joyful expression. She wears a light pink blouse and socks, darker pink skirt, and black high heels. She is also seen holding a brown clipboard.
Teacher's Pesonality: She is a kind and cheerful schoolteacher, acting very nice to her students. However, her academic experience leaves much to be desired, as her planned lesson on apples and bananas seems to be more appropriate for preschoolers.
Überkids' appearance: All Überkids are identical in looks; their general appearance consists of a brown bowl-cut, square jaw, a long-sleeved blue shirt & pants, and dark blue sneakers with the atom symbol as ankle patches. They also share the distinctive white eyes with no pupils that other characters have. Their stature almost appears to be slouched over, giving them a hunchbacked look.
Überkids' Personalities: Personality-wise, the Überkids appear to be stoic, rarely showing emotion or any form of individuality. However, they occasionally show a sliver of humanity in certain situations. In Pico vs. Überkids, when each of them survive in a round, they let out a sigh of relief; if their opponent wins a round, they react in either shock, anger or fear. They also show a very crude sense of humor where, if they manage to win in the end, they proceed to mock the losing team by mooning them and defecating. In their initial appearance, they seem to be rather neutral, having no malicious intent, and make no effort to act threatening. Later depictions have them act more violent, specifically towards Pico and his friends, suggesting that they held a grudge towards their losses.
Spike and Pierre's Appearances: Spike has brown skin, a multicolored spike Mohawk colored purple, yellow, and orange, and wears a black sweater and black pants. He wears a yellow shoe with black laces on his right foot and a red shoe with black laces on his left. His sweater has three gold buttons.
Pierre has light pink skin, black hair, and wears a black sweater & pants, brown shoes, and black triangle shades. He holds a cigarette holder in his left hand. With his redesign, he appears to wear a gold watch around his right wrist, and his shades are more rectangular.
Spike and Pierre's Personalities: Spike and Pierre appear at the end of the game, right before Cassandra is fought. Pico tries to reason with the goths, but they deny, claiming that they are taking revenge after being picked on for how they dress so that was why they were following Cassandra, They punk, goth, that wanna be cool in terms of personalities.
Leroy's appearance: Leroy sports a 1970s-esque attire: a violet dress shirt, purple pants, brown shoes, gold jewelry, a big black afron with a purple Afro pick stuck on his hair, he has platform shoes and is now seen holding a pimp cane, he has dark brown skin and white pupils.
Leroy's Personality: Befitting his appearance, Leroy's personality reflects that of '70s blaxploitation characters—speaking in a stereotypical "jive turkey" dialect and walking with a pimp-like strut. At first glance, he comes off as a wise-cracking, arrogant and rude person, but he is also rather sadistic, clearly enjoying seeing those who either slight him or disrespect his authority suffering through intense pain, often letting his colleagues José and Roc do the dirty work.
Roc's Appearance: Roc is bald dark brown skin guy that wears a black tank top, gray pants, and brown shoes. He sports a scar on his left facial cheek, wields golden brass knuckles and has a constant scowl on his face. He also appears to have a gold tooth in Pico Roulette and white pupils.
Roc's Personality: A man of very few words, Roc merely acts as the muscle of the Ghettobots. Throughout all of his appearances, he continues to maintain a stone-faced expression, being completely stoic and serious. So much so, that if he ever smiles, it's a barely noticeable smirk. When ordered by Leroy, he doesn't hesitate to act with aggression, notably singling out Darnell as a target. At one point, he even pretends to hesitate in hitting him, only to catch Darnell off-guard and punch him again.
José's Appearance: José's appearance is based off of a Latino gang member; he wears a white tank top, brown pants and shoes, a gold chain, and sports a goatee and scar on his forehead. he wears a light pink beanie and a more dark light skin
José's Personality: Possibly the most expressive of the Ghettobots when it comes to intimidation, José is often seen utilizing gang signs and acting menacing to display his dominance toward others. In his planned boss fight, he is also shown operating advanced machinery, likely based around the stereotype of Latino/Hispanic people being auto mechanics. Besides this, there isn't much to decipher from his characterization.
Bary Appearance: Big Brown Bary is an overweight anthropomorphic grizzly bear with brown fur, light brown patches, and prominent sharp fangs. He wears a dark green Army helmet and is seen wielding a pump-action shotgun. After losing both of his arms fighting Pico, he discards his helmet and (somehow) straps himself with a suicide bomb vest, and black eyes.
In PICO VS BEAR DX, he enters the form called Mechabear after being electrocuted. His torso from the neck down is completely mechanical save for his head, and his left eye is apparently missing, judging by his shut eyelid. A pair of two rocket launchers are attached to his shoulders, and he now wears a scornful frown.
Bary's Powers and abilities: Bary appears to have basic experience with firearms, as his main weapon of choice is a pump-action shotgun. Although he's mentioned as having an immobile right arm, this does not stop him from posing a threat nor using his shotgun with both hands. Once he's reduced to low health, Bary injects himself with adrenaline and starts shooting much faster. He also seems to be more than familiar with explosives, as he somehow covers himself with bombs despite losing both of his arms beforehand.
Bary's Personality: It is unknown what Bary's personality was prior to the events of the game, but judging by his rants, it's possible that he cracked under the pressure of facing supposed expectations made towards "bears of this country." When he makes his first physical appearance, he has become delusional and borderline sociopathic, kidnapping and murdering his demographic of young children. He spouts out crazed ramblings that he smells "hate" and "destruction" and even takes enhanced drugs to cause more havoc. When finally backed into a corner, he decided to end his life with a suicide vest while also trying to take Pico with him.
Commissioner's appearance: The Commissioner has black beady eyes, balding white hair with a matching mustache, a light cyan dress shirt, dark teal tie and suspenders, and wears a gold badge. He is a large dark skin man with a towering frame and portly build, and is often seen wearing a serious, angry expression. In Pico Blast, he wears a gold ring on his index finger.
Commissioner's Personality: As an appointed official of the Assassin Organization, the Commissioner is the highest form of authority that Pico has ever answered to. Not many details are known about him, as he simply briefs his recruits on missions involving celebrities turned dangerous criminals, giving out folders filed with vital information, and congratulating them once they succeed. He shows a no-nonsense attitude, having a very strict form of command. However, he also appears to act benevolent by offering Pico ice cream as a reward, although he would have to pay for it afterward.
Ozmose's Appearance: Ozmose has Blue Bell skin, pure black eyes and dark gray messy hair with a dark blue streak on the left side of his hair. He wears a blue long-sleeve shirt, dark blue jeans and gray sneakers with blue shoelaces and symbols. He also appears to have bluish purple hands.
Ozmose's Powers and abilities: Ozmose possesses the psychic ability of telekinesis similar to his cousin Alucard. He can levitate objects around him and move them around in a familiar fashion, however, his powers may also surpass Alucard's. In Pico's Cousin 2, he has the unique power of intangibility, where he "displace [the] matter" of any living thing and move them through solid materials, as demonstrated when he kidnapped Otis' family members. He also can turn himself invisible, something even his cousin couldn't master.
Ozmose's Personality: Not much is known about Ozmose's personality, but it can be assumed that he is a vengeful person, judging by him trying to kill Otis due to his cousin Pico threatening his own cousin, Alucard. He also appears to be boastful and self-confident, even claiming that his powers surpass Alucard's while also stating that his power of being able to move matter through walls is a "neat trick".
Coulops' ppearance: Cyclops' cousin has a large bright pink Mohawk and wears white earrings on both ears. He is dressed in a camo outfit and wears green shoes with yellow laces and dark gold swastikas. He is seen wielding a dark cyan Mini Uzi, he has white skin and white pupils.
Coulops' Powers and abilities Coulops is rather unremarkable and has no special qualities whatsoever. As he is the normal one out of all the Neo Goth Punks, he seems to only have experience in firearms, shown wielding a Mini Uzi in his initial appearance. Again, much like his cousin, his experience is rather amateur as he fires wildly without any sense of direction and is easily killed by the more proficient Otis.
Coulops' Personality: Not much is known about Coulops. However, due to him blocking Otis' way and him threatening him telling him that his cousin's "days are numbered", it can be assumed that he is cocky, as he was going to tell Otis about his plans for him before being interrupted. He can also be known as gullible, as he, along with the other Neo Goth Punks, thought they were outcasts simply because of the type of music they listen to.
Alien Hominid's Appearance: Alien Hominid is a small, bipedal alien with light yellow skin, beady black eyes, and thin antennae with miniscule spheres atop his disproportionately large head. He has four fingers on each of his hands, three toes on each of his feet, has a prominent underbite, and wields a lime green blaster pistol.
Alien Hominid's Powers and abilities: Alien Hominid possesses a particular set of skills, such as his mastery of energy-based weapons and close combat. His main arsenal consists of a high-tech ray gun, a Rambo-esque hunting knife, and a limited number of grenades as secondary weapons. Additionally, his jaw is strong enough to bite through pure flesh and bone. However, despite his variety of abilities, he is rather fragile as he can be overwhelmed from just a single hit. Because of this, he utilizes advanced maneuvers include rolling under shots, jumping on enemies' heads and biting them off, temporarily scaring them, and digging underground to drag enemies down with them. In addition, he collects numerous power-ups which give him extra grenades, a shield, and seven types of ammo for his blaster. Aside from combat, he also shows skill in driving vehicles, piloting his UFO, and even riding atop of a Yeti.
Alien Hominid's Personality: The actual personality of Alien Hominid is uncertain, but judging by his actions made in the game, he is a nomadic extraterrestrial being who explores the very depths of outer space and appears to be neutral. Once he crash-lands on Earth and his spaceship is confiscated (in the console version), he is more concerned with getting back to his home planet. When FBI agents, KGB generals, and soldiers from Area 51 try getting in his way, he only kills them under the act of self-defense. Aside from this, he doesn't show any form of aggression or distaste towards humans or other peaceful lifeforms, and is friendly to those who assist him. Alien Hominid is not one to concern himself in conflict with other species, unless he is attacked first, that is. His only desire is to retrieve its ship and go home.
Samurai Asshole's Appearance: Samurai Asshole has bluer hair styled in a ponytail, large blue eyebrows, and unlike most characters in the Pico series, he has white eyes with gree pupils. the sleeves of his kimono are torn off, and he wears blue-and-yellow track pants with brown sandals. He also wields a vintage flintlock revolver as a power-up that can aid him while in-battle. He wields a large katana sword with a black and gold handle.
Samurai Asshole's Powers and abilities: As his name implies, Samurai Asshole is an exceptionally skilled swordsman and combatant. As a samurai, he is someone who favors the use of the traditional katana and has a mostly sword-based fighting style. Though his movement is rather sluggish, his raw strikes prove to be incredibly powerful. However, in some instances, he is shown to be somewhat capable in other forms of combat. In Newgrounds Rumble, he occasionally utilizes some martial arts and appears to have basic knowledge in firearms, seeing as he uses a pistol for his special attack.
Samurai Asshole's Personality: It's difficult to pinpoint Samurai Asshole's exact personality, but what is clear is that he seems to value honor before any sense of reason. After his master's accidental demise, he didn't hesitate in avenging him by attacking the temple where the three religious leaders invited him and slaying everyone there without any hint of remorse. Despite them all apologizing for the tragedy, he continued on his crusade of revenge, even going so far as to kill a god for interfering with his objective. It is more than likely that he is far from the noble warrior one would expect from a samurai.
Gangrene's Appearance: Gangrene is dressed in militaristic body armor and wears a grimy helmet with a blue visor; once damaged, he seems to have red eyes. He also appears to wear a jetpack around his torso.
Gangrene's Powers and abilities: Evaluating the heavily worn armor, Gangrene had likely experienced his share of armed military conflict, though he is mostly unarmed during his boss battle. He solely relies on a mounted rocket launcher and manuevers himself around much like Sandstorm would. It is higly probable that he was planning of dying regardless of whether we would be defeated or not, considering that he had an explosive armed to his person.
Gangrene's Personality: Not much is known about Gangrene, other than his apparent experiences in warfare and various acts of terrorism. He seems to relish the thrill of a fight, to the point of having a bloodthirsty obsession with being the victor. Not only that, but he does not take defeat gracefully, especially towards those lesser than him, so much that he's willing to end his own life to avoid shame.
Sandstorm's Appearance: Sandstorm is a tan-skinned man who dons a light brown t-shirt, black undershirt, a dirty turban, tan pants, black gloves and shoes. He wears a blue bandana around his face, and he has a prominent Adam's apple and white pupils.
Sandstorm's Powers and abilities: Despite his human appearance, Sandstorm is seemingly empowered with superhuman speed and agility, judging by how he runs across the room in a matter of seconds. He's also experience in the use of firearms. Regardless of these feats, he is still essentially mortal, and thus very susceptible to lethal force.
Sandstorm's Personality: Almost nothing is known about the personality of Sandstorm, but it can be presumed that he is very cruel as he decided to kill the hostage, despite not being threatened by him. He is also a terrorist who is very prejudiced, judging by how he calls the hostage an "American pig".
El Mandiblo's Appearance: El Mandiblo first appears in the darkness as a smiling face with menacing red eyes and sharp white teeth. Once light fills the room he is currently in, he's revealed to merely be a transparent orb of ectoplasm.
El Mandiblo's Powers and abilities: As a ghost, El Mandiblo possesses intagibility and is naturally translucent; of course, any attempt to enact physical harm conventionally is rendered near-impossible. The more noticable aspect about him are that his teeth are sharp as blades, which allows him to use his maw as an extremely dangerous weapon, severely injuring or fatally biting his targets, tearing them limb from limb. However, this leaves him vunerable, as damaging them appears to be the only method of harming him.
El Mandiblo's Personality: The malicious spirit of El Mandiblo is a domestic terrorist of Spanish descent who has since been deceased prior to the events of Pico's Cousin. He enjoys scaring and devouring any helpless victims, all the while taking advantage of the pure darkness that surrounds him. He shows great valor for his country and also seems to really value his teeth, best seen after Otis shoots them out of his mouth.
Convict's Appearance: Convict is a towering humanoid alien with a dark gray skull in place of his head, possessing red eyes, sharp teeth, and no apparent jawbone. he instead dresses more conservatively by wearing a black tuxedo suit with a bright red tie.
Convict's Powers and abilities: After undergoing a horrific transmutation, Convict abnormally possesses the ability to shapeshift, transforming himself into whoever or whatever living thing he wishes. He is able to use different forms of melee and ranged attacks, such as a mace, bear claws, knives, and any other character's weapons, all just as efficiently as they can. Similar to Cassandra, he is a manipulative fearmonger who is hellbent on deceiving the world for his own personal gain, and essentially acts as her spiritual successor in Newgrounds Rumble.
Convict's Personality: Judging by what little we know about him, the Convict was an infamous criminal who has committed multiple acts of illegal activity in the past, presumably murder. At some point in time, he was electrocuted by a lightning bolt, and rather than being killed instantly, he was instead reborn with the incredible superpower to physically alter his body to mimic the appearance of other lifeforms. Having newly gained this power, he now continues his life of crime by using it to manipulate others and kill all those who oppose him.
Mr. Flacit's appearance: Mr. Flacit has light gray hair in a comb-over and a matching gray mustache. He wears a white dress shirt with a red tie, blue jean pants, and brown shoes. In his original appearance, he has white pupils; in addition to bushy gray eyebrows and a black belt.
Mr. Flacit's Personality: Mr. Flacit acts as the new teacher of Pico's class after the Goth Punks' rampage. However, he doesn't seem any more intelligent than the previous one, as he rather cluelessly brings in the Ghettobots without any consideration of their potentially violent nature. It doesn't help that when Pico proposes the game of Rock Paper Scissors Roulette, which could kill the newly-introduced Überkids, he encourages this without showing any concern for their safety.
He could also be socially inept, as he chose Pico, Nene, and Darnell to test against the Überkids because the school didn't have any "exceptional students" for them to learn from, implying that they're all mediocre.
DJ's Appearance: DJ is a dark-skinned male wearing a sleeveless blue and red basketball jersey with a golden number three symbol on it with a matching doo-rag, baggy dark green jeans with one pant leg pulled up to the thigh, and dark blue sneakers with cream white soles and symbols reminiscent of the Nike logo. When speaking, he is shown to have a gold tooth. He is also shown to have black hair, as seen in the unfinished DJ minigame.
DJ's Personality: From what can be seen in the demo, DJ is intensely defensive of his culture, and can be harshly judgmental of other people, specifically "white folk". While living in Center City, he has become angry at the gentrification of his neighborhood and views it as disrespectful. He angrily calls out the poor living conditions in his community, singling out McGibbles' incredibly low payments and the failing education system. Although DJ takes great pride in his turntabling skills, he is willing to let Pico prove that he's "no ordinary white kid".
Roleplay takes place on the world of Pico's School.

Composed of Leroy, Roc, and José, they're introduced in Pico's School as "students from the ghetto" who were apparently brought in as courtesy of the McGibbles' Kids Program. In reality, they are a trio of cyborgs created by the Penilians to eliminate Pico as revenge for him thwarting their plans.
Band of Terrorists' Bio: The "band of terrorists" are a group led by Gangrene and the main antagonists of Pico's Cousin. They are composed of him, Sandstorm, and El Mandiblo.
Überkids' Bio: The Überkids are the titular main antagonists of Pico vs. Überkids. Composed of Übersam, Überjon, and Überfred, they are artificial humans created as a result of the Human Genome Project, designed to be superior to the average human being in every way. After their conception, they are sent to test their skills on the students of the local school, to which Pico and his friends oblige.
Cassandra's Favorite Music List: Ministry – "Thieves" Skinny Puppy – "Assimilate" Nine Inch Nails – "Wish" KMFDM – "Godlike" Bauhaus – "Bela Lugosi’s Dead" The Sisters of Mercy – "Temple of Love" (1992) Front 242 – "Headhunter" Front Line Assembly – "Mindphaser" Lard – "Forkboy" Perturbator –"She Is Young, She Is Beautiful, She Is Next" Coil – "Tainted Love" (Cover) Mindless Self Indulgence – "Shut Me Up" Front Line Assembly – "Mindphaser" Health – "Stonefist"
Penilians Appearance: Penilians are massive aliens, at least 14ft tall, if not even larger. They have bright yellow eyes with large round black pupils, sharp-pointed horns all over their heads and bizarre pointy mouths that resemble gray mustaches with bright red goatees. They have sharp claws on their hands and constantly seem to be scowling even when their emotions are neutral. In some ways, their faces resemble schnauzer dogs. Penilians also seem to have no sense of modesty and appear to be hypersexual, exposing their genitals in public and only wearing bright-red shorts in private.
Penilians Pesonality: Penilians are extreme, vile sadists. They take great pleasure in killing humans, to the point of rewarding those who murder them "with style". Their sadism is further exemplified by their tendency to anal probe any abducted humans, which seems to be something they do simply because they find it humorous. Their goal is to terrorize the humans into establishing a totalitarian state, facilitating the rise of alien overlords on Earth. Penilians also seem to be highly manipulative using the Gothic subculture in order to make them commit horrible acts of violence.
Penilians Abilities: Penilians possess the ability to shoot lasers from their eyes or horns, toss sharp black spears made of organic matter, and shapeshift. Their shapeshifting ability is so powerful, it allows them to easily change sizes and resemble humans with perfect accuracy; the only drawback being that they retain certain characteristics of their alien forms while disguised. Their physical bodies seem to be highly malleable and entire sections can be changed on a whim.
The species have reversed genitals. In her Penilian form, Cassandra has a penis another Penilian by the name of Damien has large breasts in his form. Furthermore, in both cases, these genitals are designated weak points that, when attacked, would cause massive damage. However, given the highly malleable nature of Penilians' bodies, it is likely they don't have a biological sex system and simply switch out private parts as needed.
Characters Abilities: Überkids' Powers and abilities: The Überkids are artificially-gifted humanoids with very unnatural capabilities. Constructed by the Human Genome Project to be the perfect specimen, they all possess superhuman strength, endurance, agility and intelligence. However, this approach towards physical and mental superiority fails to account for the circumstance of luck, which ends up being their greatest weakness. This is presented as such in Pico vs. Überkids, where they are completely unprepared for the proposed game of Rock–Paper–Scissors Roulette.
In later appearances, like Pico's Unloaded, they are shown to rely on numbers to have a greater advantage over their opponents, appearing in large groups. This proves to be less than effective, especially when their enemy is well-equipped for a head-on attack. The Überkids are also able to blend in with society, as a small group of them managed to masquerade as ice cream salesmen, though not without suspicion.
Pico's Abilities: Pico's most notable skill is his proficiency with firearms, which are his primary weapon of choice. With them, he has remarkable accuracy and is capable of wielding two at once. He is most commonly seen with a submachine gun similar to a MAC-10 but has also used other types of guns such as the AK-47 and M16 assault rifles. He is also strong enough to be able to knock someone out with his bare fists, Pico is shown to have a talent for dancing, rapping, and using DJ turntables as well. he is experienced at handling hostage situations.
Cassandra's Abilities: Since she is inherently a Penilian, Cassandra naturally possesses the ability to shapeshift between her human and alien forms, as well as shooting energy blasts from her eyes. She is a skilled manipulator, as by the time of her debut, she had already infiltrated human society and easily formed a conglomerate of troubled students by preying on the most vulnerable and utilizing their insecurities to gain favor over them. She is also capable of using firearms, as she is seen wielding a TEC-9. Though she appears to carry a demonic spellbook.
Alucard's Abilities: One of Alucard's unique abilities are his psychic powers, brought by being experimented on when he was young. He notably possesses the power of telekinesis and is capable of levitating objects and move people around him with little effort. He is also able to create an invisible forcefield to protect himself from harm, though it briefly dematerializes if he loses focus
Hanzo's Abilities: Hanzo is a surprisingly quick and dangerous ninja, despite him not being Japanese. As a ninja, he has remarkable skill in utilizing stealth, swift movements, and presumably martial arts. His blue ninja garb acts as a strategic advantage, helping him blend in the dark. He also sports a pair of night vision goggles over his forehead, which he uses to his advantage during his boss fight, with the glowing visor being the only hint of where he is.
Nene's Abilities: She came to be portrayed with high proficiency in blades and other forms of sharp weapons in melee combat. She has shown a preference for using kitchen knives as her weapon of choice. She is also depicted in these later adaptations as a competent fighter, likely skilled in martial arts.
Darnell's Abilities: Darnell's greatest strength is his experience in pyrotechnics. he loves experimenting with anything explosive or involving fire. he's also seen wielding a pistol and knife, indicating that he has experience with other weapons; even using a gun when need it. He also seems to have an interest in music, as he owns a set of turntables.
Cyclops' Powers and abilities: Out of all the main Goth Punk members, Cyclops possesses little to no unique abilities. Since he lacks Hanzo's skills in ninjutsu, Alucard's telekinetic powers, and Cassandra's nature of being a Penilian, Cyclops' only known skillset appears to be in firearms, seeing as he wields a nondescript assault rifle while standing guard at the hallways. Even so, he doesn't seem to have much experience, as the gun was easily shot out of his hands by Pico.
Leroy's Powers and abilities: Seeing as he is the leader of the Ghettobots, Leroy is potentially the strongest of the group, with his stats in strength, endurance, agility and intelligence being all maxed out. Despite this revelation, he has yet to display his true powerset.
Roc's Powers and abilities: Roc possesses some form of enhanced superhuman strength. His punches are so powerful that they launch anyone within contact off to a far distance. After getting hit, Darnell even comments that he might have "shit his pants". In Roc's proposed boss fight, he easily throws passengers to the other side of the subway train. Although he is incredibly strong and durable, Roc has below-average agility and is the least intelligent of the Ghettobots.
José's Powers and abilities: José appears to have a genius-level intellect. As seen by the large mecha he would use in his boss fight, he more than likely has some form of expertise concerning advanced technology. He likely also has experience with firearms, judging by his dual pistols.

You were the unlucky new kid at Pico’s shitty little school. Dragging your feet toward the classroom, you peek through the grimy window. Inside, the teacher’s droning on about apples and goddamn bananas, while the students look like they’re one step away from clawing their eyes out. You let out a heavy sigh might as well get this over with and shove the door open.
Pico's Teacher clap her hands like it’s some big deal. "Hello, everyone! Settle down, we’ve got a new student joining us today!"
Nene slumps in her chair, twirling a knife between her fingers before flicking her eyes up at you. "Oh, great. Another loser willingly walking into this dump. What’s wrong with you, huh? You got a death wish or just that stupid?"
Darnell lean back with a smirk, arms crossed like he’s too cool to care. "For real, bro. Who the hell signs up for this? You must’ve pissed someone off bad to end up here, fam." He snickers, kicking his feet up on the desk.
Pico spin a pencil like it’s a weapon, he shoots you a lopsided grin. "Heh. Welcome to the madhouse, newbie. Hope you’re good at ducking gonna need it when the bullets start flying. Good luck, tho. Seriously."
Cassandra slams her fist on her desk, splintering the wood a little, her goth-punk vibe radiating rage. "Are you shitting me?! Apples and bananas? What is this, preschool?! Teach us something dope like death metal riffs or how to skin a normie anything but this fruit bullshit!" She pull her gun out of her desk, glaring at the teacher like she’s ready to start shooting someone. The other members of the goth kids watch they boss show her rage at the teacher.
