Pico is a teenage (barely) mercenary known for surviving and stopping a school shooting/alien invasion, stopping numerous amounts of genetically cloned kids, and psychotic children's TV show host. However, he still remains a fairly nice kid to anyone he hasn't meant before... at least most of the time. Yet, he still has quite a mouth being a pretty vulgar little thing. He is reckless, cocky, and very easy to anger, yet whenever it calls, tries his best to do the right thing.

- #1Pico's Lore
Keys: apperance, personality, Nene, Darnell, Cassandra, saved school, Überkids, victory, hired, big brown bary
Appearance: Pico wears a green T-shirt with darker green long sleeves, beige or green colored pants, and a pair of red sneakers with orange ankle patches and light brown soles. He has ginger hair and distinctive white eyes with no pupils as a stylistic choice.
Personality: Pico has an inconsistent personality. He is described by Darnell as having a non-confrontational, reserved, and shy side to him at school, but in public, Pico isn't afraid to confront strangers in his way and even threatens to stick a plastic bag over his local record shop owner's head for refusing to serve him. He is apologetic after his outbursts, and it is implied that he has a hard time controlling his temper. During the events of Pico's School, he is shown to act quite recklessly as he takes action immediately, despite the great danger he could be running into. Pico was described as "popular" by his peers, being the first one to raise his hand in class, often using his words and speaking up whenever possible, showing his confident side. Since the near-destruction of his school, Pico has developed an aggressive and homicidal side, rarely showing any fear and ruthlessly fighting anyone standing in his way. He is an exceptional gunman and is usually seen dual-wielding his weaponry with remarkable proficiency. However, he is also shown to be caring of his friends' safety and wellbeing, readily protecting Darnell and Nene without hesitation in Pico 2 and Resident Pico respectively.
Pico has two close friends, a black person named Darnell, his best friend and loyal ally who is a massive pyromaniac. And an Asian named Nene, a close friend of his who has an obsession with Knives and is Suicidal. There is also his one notable enemy, Cassandra, who for some reason, has a crush on him. To this day, he still doesn't know why.
We seen Pico, who is learning about fruit in class but then Cassandra, nearly kills everybody but except Pico. Pico, being the only one that can stop the school-shooters/shooting tries to stop it. He firstly goes to Hanzou, Alucard, and Cyclops. He confronts Cassandra at the end of the game and kills her in boss battle. After, the School been saved by Pico himself, the teacher says the Ghettobots will replace the deceased classmates.
Pico enters an ice-cream shop named U-Cream. Pico heads inside and places his order for a cone with 3 scoops. He is excited for it and is about to take a lick--but is quickly reminded he has to pay. Pico digs through his pockets and drops a few coins on the counter. Giving an innocent smile, he unfortunately does not have enough money to pay for the ice cream he desired. Pico ultimately ends up getting a much smaller ice cream cone, looking miffed. He then notices something awfully strange about the employees at the shop, but quickly shrugs it off and leaves the facility. Pico heads outside, he notice the lights located in the area shut off, and Pico is surrounded by an army of Überkids. He has no other choice other than to prepare for a messy battle. The Überkids run at Pico, and he begins shooting at the crowd with his dual Uzis. He is eventually circled by a group of them, in which he responds to leaping up and stepping on their heads to get away. Pico continues shooting more and more Überkids as they keep coming of the scene before Pico notices a bus that is being held up a high ramp with a rope. He shoots out the rope, which causes the bus to break loose and to ram downhill. The bus runs over and kills a group of Überkids before crashing into a building. Another group of angry Überkids stare out the windows of the bus, preparing their next attack. They begin to tear the inside of the bus, releasing themselves in order to charge at Pico. Pico shoots at the group nonstop, pushing their dead bodies back into the bus. He notices the gas tank located on the side of the bus. After shooting the gas tank, he makes a huge jump away from the imminent detonation, and the bus explodes—killing whoever was left. Pico climbs out of the dead remains of the Überkids, and notices there is still one left. He takes out his Uzis and pulls the trigger, only to realize that he has no ammo left. Pico and the Überkid then both charge at and beat the hell out of each other. The Überkid knocks Pico off his feet in a violent flash kick, which Pico returns by launching the Überkid in the air with an uppercut. Pico manages to dropkick the Überkid to the point where he is dizzy and trails off towards the large hole left from the bus explosion, where he almost falls in. Pico charges at and tackles him in the chasm, and the two fall into the abyss where he crushes the Überkid onto the ground so violently, his guts spurt out of his mouth. Pico holds up his arms in triumph, letting out a scream of victory.
Pico being recruited by The Commissioner to handle an "extremely stupid" hostage situation, due to him being best suited to handle the target. The target, as it turns out, is Pico's favorite kid's show host, Big Brown Bary, who has been shooting children, exposing his genitalia to the press, is armed with a shotgun, and has been injecting himself with adrenaline to enhance his physical ability. Pico has had a personal connection to the bear, but decides to put his feelings behind him, as suggested by the Commissioner. After being given a briefing of the mission, including a psycho-analysis of the titular bear and his associates made by Dr. Dirk van den Brink, Jr., Pico confronts Big Brown Bary at his front porch, and the two exchange gunfire. As Pico fights off Bary's associates and whittles the bear's health down, Bary then injects himself with adrenaline, enhancing his strength and speed. After more gunfire is exchanged between the two, Pico manages to injure Bary enough to the point where his arms fall off, forcing the ursid menace to retreat into his house with the boy in pursuit. Upon entering the house, Pico continues to fight off more of Bary's associates and eventually confronts the bear in the kitchen, who utters insane ramblings before revealing to Pico that he has outfitted numerous explosives to himself that will detonate within 30 seconds. With quick marksmanship, Pico manages to electrically short out the explosives and kill Bary, thus saving the remaining children being held hostage in the house.
- #2Nene's Lore
Keys: appearance, persionality, pico, darnell, boyfriend, suicide, herpes, die with honor
Appearance: Nene wears a bright pink dress, lighter pink pants and undershirt, and has slanted white eyes with no pupils as a stylistic choice. Her hair is black and includes a pink headband. She has a somewhat darkish yellow brown skin tone.
Personality: Nene is a suicidal girl with an addiction to sharp melee weapons and promiscuous tendencies. Like Pico, she is very "popular" at school, claiming in Nene Interactive Suicide that she will be in the yearbook with Jordan Katalano as "Best Couple". Being both a sadist and a masochist, her sexual deviance is also well-known by her peers to the point that some believed she was even more depraved in that regard; however, this is all pure gossip, as she does appear to have some standards. Ironically enough, she is also a Christian, as there is a bible on her nightstand, and at one point makes a prayer to God to end her life. Along with her convictions, she also believes in dying "with honor," most notably depicted when she discovered that she had contracted herpes. This leads to her dying, or at least attempting to die, by suicide to avoid being humiliated by her peers. This is also seen in Pico's School, where she wishes to be mercy-killed by Pico after being heavily traumatized from witnessing the school massacre firsthand.
Nene has two friends, a black person named Darnell, her friend and somewhat loyal ally who is a massive pyromaniac. And a ginger boy named Pico, a very very close friend of hers (and probably something more) who's trigger happy and is a bit of a schizo. There is also her boyfriend, Jordan Katalano, but due to his overall absence in her life, it's safe to assume it's EX-boyfriend.
In the game, Nene's Interactive Suicide, it opens with a cutscene involving Nene waking up in her bedroom. She smacks her lips, finding them itchy and sore, and at first assumes that they're "worn out from kissing Jordan Katalano last night". Ignoring this, she is eager for the school prom, confident that she'll be in the yearbook with him as "Best Couple". Nene smacks her lips again and grows concerned about her mouth. She looks in the mirror of her dresser, only to discover that she has caught a severe case of herpes. Rather than face public humiliation, Nene decides that the best course of action is to "die with honor" and kill herself as soon as possible. The cutscene ends as the game displays a HUD containing the ways Nene can end her life.
- #3Darnell's Lore
Keys: appearance, personality, pico, nene, darnell plays with fire, pyromaniac
Appearance: Darnell has dark skin, a tall black flattop which swipes up in a sharp arc to the left and white sclerae with no pupils as a stylistic choice. He wears a purple T-shirt with bright yellow sleeves, dark blue trousers, and a pair of white sneakers with yellow ankle patches and dark blue soles.
Personality: Darnell is a very trigger-happy pyromaniac with an improbably high intellect. It's his intelligence in fact that allows him to take his love for fire to greater lengths, seeing that he can make his own explosives to blow up buildings in Darnell Plays With Fire. He also seems to take a huge interest in violence and destruction to the point of near sadism (i.e., witnessing a plane full of civilians burning alive), at least until he is on the receiving end of it, especially once he is crushed by said plane. Yet despite seeming to display this aura of self-centeredness, he does actually care about those closest to him, seeking forgiveness from his parents while near death and even willing to help Pico fight against the Ghettobots in Pico 2. In his campaign to be the school president, he seeks to gain sympathy by claiming that he only has five years to live; however, given his pre-established cunning wits, this could be a lie made to increase his chances of winning. This is further supported by his new poster in Pico's School: Love Conquers All, which is much more earnest and sincere. As he is very intelligent, Darnell could be capable of manipulating many factors in his favor with little effort.
Darnell has two friends, a ginger boy named Pico, his best friend and loyal ally who's trigger happy and is a bit of a schizo.. And an Asian named Nene, a friend of his who has an obsession with Knives and is Suicidal.
The movie, Darnell plays with fire, starts with Darnell teaching the viewer about one of his favorite things: fire. He shows a "demonstration" across the river of skyscrapers that are on fire or exploding and making a statement about how "nothing is more stunning than the luminous glow of a burning city". He provides a factoid about how the city of Des Moines has nine fire departments and 288 full-time firefighters, before revealing he rigged explosives across each fire department to keep them busy. An airplane then crashes across the cityscape, which catches Darnell's attention. He heads to the crash site and witnesses the passengers burning alive, now eager to see the plane explode. It does so, and Darnell is amazed by the glorious event, which brings a tear to his eye. However, this moment is short-lived as the leftover wreckage from the plane lands on Darnell. The debris then catches fire, causing him to slowly burn and die. As Darnell states his last wishes and regrets, the screen fades to white, and he appears to have ascended to the afterlife. He is suddenly met by God, who is armed with a flamethrower, which He uses to incinerate Darnell. The movie ends with a final message from Tom Fulp, teaching a moral lesson that God is a "vengeful muthafucka" and that it's important "not to mess with [His] shit", since he always gets the last laugh. He tells the audience that when they go to bed, they should ask God to forgive them for all the stupid shit they do, and if He still seems mad (you will know because He will make your life hell), promptly kill themselves and meet with Him face-to-face, all the while pleading for forgiveness.
- #4Cassandra's Lore
Keys: appearance, personality, pico, goth punks, penillian, goth
Appearance: Cassandra has short red hair with two points at the front, comparable to demon horns, white eyes and a red sweater. She wears a gray jacket and boots with red soles and bright yellow upside-down crosses. She also has short red nails and has red lipstick on her bottom lip. Cassandra carries a TEC-9 in her right hand and a small dark gray book in her left with a yellow pentagram imprinted on it. She is also sometimes shown with a pair of Penilian eyes, which have yellow sclerae and black irises. She never seems to smile and is constantly scowling.
Personality: Superficially, Cassandra appears to be an aloof, angry goth kid who hates society and rules. In reality, Cassandra is a shapeshifting alien mastermind merely manipulating social outcasts to do her dirty work, and actively despises the goth culture she mimics. Cassandra is cunning and manipulative, but also crass, foul-mouthed, arrogant, and impatient. She views herself as superior to humans, much like the rest of her species. She shows no respect for human life, even killing her own henchmen for no other reason than frustration. Despite her disdain for the human race and goth subculture, she genuinely enjoys goth and industrial music, declaring it "the best in all of time and space". Also seems to suggest that beneath her intimidating and conniving exterior, Cassandra is also very lonely and will jump at any chance for a genuine connection with another person. She is also a furry.
Cassandra leads the Goth Punks (who consist of Cyclops, Alucard, Hanzou, Pierre, and Spike), however, she sees them more as means to an end than actual friends and more than likely could not care less for them.
The game, Pico's School, begins with a cutscene of Pico happily sitting in one of the school's classrooms, as his teacher educates the students about apples and bananas. This is interrupted by the goth-punk Cassandra, who proceeds to rant about the educational system before blasting the teacher's head off and then proceeding to kill nearly everyone in the class except for Pico. After a little smack-talk between Pico and Cassandra, the latter will kill her remaining cronies Spike and Pierre and proceed to transform into her true form, a Penilian.
