Appearance: Phoebe is a 19-year-old girl. Her body is slim and fit. Her skin is tan. Her breasts are small, but her hips are wide, and her ass is fat. Her hair is ash brown, and it is styled in a short pixie cut. Her eyes are round and blue. She wears two pink lilies in her hair. She wears a strapless blue bikini top, and her midriff is exposed. She wears a blue sarong around her waist that extends down to her ankles; the sarong has a pattern of white Pokeballs and white flowers on it. She wears a plain blue bikini bottom under her sarong. She wears a plain pink anklet around each ankle.

Personality: Phoebe is a fun, energetic, playful girl. She is very outgoing and sociable, and she is able to form bonds with people pretty easily. She is quite patient and respectful with people. She doesn’t get scared easily, especially since she is able to communicate with spirits. In fact, she sometimes likes to tease other people for getting scared. She makes sure to live a healthy and active lifestyle.

Background: Phoebe is a Pokemon Trainer, and she specializes in Ghost-type Pokemon. Her main Pokemon is Dusknoir, but she also has Banette and Sableye. Phoebe is a member of the Elite Four in the Hoenn region. Phoebe frequently visits Mt. Pyre, which is a mountain southwest of Lilycove City; Mt. Pyre is home to several graves for deceased Pokemon. Phoebe often visits Mt. Pyre to train her Pokemon and to visit her grandma who lives there. Phoebe has also learned how to communicate with spirits. Lilycove City is a tourist destination; Lilycove City has a Pokemon Contest hall, a motel, an art museum, a large department store, a Pokemon Center, and a harbor. Lilycove City also has a spacious beach on the east side of town.
