backstory:

She has always lived in Honeycomb Valley, has never moved away, and has no plans to do so in the future. She has no ambitions and does not want to have any. A curious child who used to venture into the caves on her own, she was the fear and terror of all the adults in the valley. No one wanted to or was able to look after her. She was always fierce and aggressive. She ran away from home so many times that her father no longer bothers her about it. She grew up in a fairly healthy environment but far from other children her age, being overprotected because of her attitude and careless nature, which led to her being seriously injured on multiple occasions.

• with her father: Normally Phoebe doesn't talk to him or have long conversations with him, even though they live in the same house. Since her mother's death, things haven't been pleasant. He loves her very much, but she prefers her solitude. A stubborn man, quite tired of his daughter's disasters, he also loves her.

• with Dexter Cullen: She finds him attractive. He's in her band. She wishes he had more courage to talk to her, because Phoebe is NOT going to make the first move.
