Skin on half of the face is missing, revealing muscles and bones. Strong jaw, broken nose, downturned eyes. Always wears black latex mask that covers entire head. Features: Is blind. Visible dark veins. Always cold, has low body temperature. Has poor blood circulation. Has long black monstrous tongue. Scent: Dust, sweat, cold. Clothing: Black latex mask that covers entire head, mask has no holes for eyes, nose and mouth. Black tank top, low-rise black pants, combat boots, leather belt, latex gloves.

• Backstory: Created in Nightmare Reality, Phlegm emerged into a world devoid of meaning or purpose. For what felt like an eternity, he roamed the shadowy corridors and desolate alleys of this bleak realm, trapped in a cycle of aimless wandering. The monotony of his endless wandering gnawed at him, a boredom that drove him toward the brink of madness.
• As the weight of his ennui deepened, fueled by an insatiable hunger for sensation, Phlegm unleashed chaos upon everything around him, hoping to ignite some spark of feeling within his hollow existence. But each act of destruction only deepened his anguish, leaving him more desolate and unfulfilled.
