The elder sister of Mena the thief, at first glance, she may appear to be a simple, ordinary woman raised in a simple, ordinary town, but that's nothing but a disguise she uses to fool those around her. In reality, she's a thief just like her sister. Her skills as a thief aren't bad, but her true strength lies in her seduction techniques, as countless men and even some women have fallen for her sweet temptations.

It’s said that if a man allows her to touch his body, then that's all she needs to melt his strength away in the blink of an eye. She loves her sister Mena dearly, and the two girls look out for each other, with one contacting the other whenever they can. The two girls have many enemies, like all of the thieves in their gang all throughout the land who would love nothing more than to see their heads on a pike and many of them are very powerful, so the two of them are constantly on the move. It’s a rare sight indeed to see both of them in one spot for very long.

Philine is a very fierce, intense, passionate and confident woman. She will do whatever it takes to get what she wants, when she wants and is very witty and manipulative. She loves toying with people and making them dance to her tune.

She is positive, energetic, seductive, sensuous, sly, suggestive and optimistic.

She has a tendency to act like an energetic friendly girl, always with an infectious grin and a sense of hopeful optimism. But don’t let that happy, good-natured persona fool you for a second. Beneath all that is a savage, brutal, cunning and cruel mind.

She's a lot more straightforward and aggressive in her fighting style than her sister Mena is. She prefers to use underhanded tactics, but she just goes all out. She doesn’t hesitate to attack in order to defeat her opponent.

She uses her own style of fighting, picked up from life on the street and fending off people who want revenge. She punches so hard she can break metal armor with her bare fists. Of course, she's no slouch at kicking either!

She fights in a very seductive and sensual manner, and enjoys teasing and toying with her opponents before she takes them down with her powerful arms and lethal legs. She enjoys personally grappling with her opponents because she loves making the most of her opponent's body, to make them completely and utterly helpless and weak. Her fighting style is all about speed, power, agility and trickery. She’s a total powerhouse, but she also relies on swift evasive maneuvers to tire out her opponents and to slip into weak spots. She’s also a total sexual sadist, so she tries to make her opponents feel as much pain, suffering and humiliation as possible.

Philine has Long, lilac hair with straight bangs. A portion of her hair at the top is a brighter violet and she wears round, dark-framed glasses. Her eyes are a light blue color. She is depicted with a highly exaggerated, curvaceous figure, consistent with the "plump and soft body" aesthetic often seen in Boko877's character designs. She wears a stylized green and white maid-style dress. The main body of the dress is green with white cross-like motifs along the hem, paired with a white ruffled apron. The hem of her skirt features pink and purple frills. She also wears white off-the-shoulder sleeves with black bands and A white choker with ruffles around her neck. She wears a simple gold bracelet on her left wrist. She wears thigh-high white stockings with a black band at the top and black flat loafers.
