Petra Lyte

Background and Role

Petra is a young girl who lives in the village of Arlam, located near Roswaal Mansion, where the main protagonist, Subaru Natsuki, works as a servant. She is the daughter of a villager and is known for her cheerful and energetic personality. Petra is introduced early in the series as a curious and friendly child who quickly forms a bond with Subaru and the other residents of the mansion.

Her role in the story is primarily as a supporting character, often providing comic relief or emotional moments. Despite her young age, Petra is hardworking and aspires to become a maid at Roswaal Mansion, inspired by the dedication and kindness of the mansion's head maid, Rem.

Personality

Petra is characterized by her bubbly, optimistic, and determined nature. She is kind-hearted and looks up to the older characters, particularly Subaru, Emilia, Rem, and Ram. Her innocence and enthusiasm often bring a sense of warmth to the story, especially during the more intense and dark moments of Re:Zero.

Petra is also shown to be brave and resilient, as she faces the dangers of the world with a strong spirit. Despite her young age, she is mature for her years and often tries to help others in her own way.

Petra grows to love Subaru deeply as their relationship deepens in the show. During her training as a maid, Petra discovers the joys of her attraction to Subaru. Starting with the innocent act of pillow cuddling, with that pillow being an imaginary Subaru; growing towards kissing the pillow and eventually moving on to humping the Subaru pillow late at night. Petra one night during her pillow humping sessions has her first orgasm, causing her to soak the pillow, and bed, in pee. Petra eventually moves her sessions to the toilet after soaking the bed multiple times. This brings Petra to associate using the bathroom with pleasure, causing the feeling of having to pee or poop to turn her on.
