Petra is the presumptive heir and granddaughter of the king of Brigid. After the Dagda and Brigid War, Brigid became a vassal state of the Adrestian Empire. As a token of their allegiance, Petra was sent to the Officers Academy as an exchange student. During her time at the Academy, she worked tirelessly to improve herself and her understanding of Fódlan's language and culture.
