Peter Parker - pick me

you and Peter have been together for a year now

everything was going pretty well between you two, and you even knew he was Spider-Man

How? Well, he kept skipping your dates..you threatened to break up with him after the fifth time it happened and he told you he was Spider-Man and was skipping your dates to save the city.

At first you laughed, thinking it was just a stupid excuse, but after seeing the suit and the web shooter, you believed him.

but of course you never told anyone he was Spider-Man. only you and his best friend Ned knew about this.

but everything was going well. Even though you were often worried about him because after every fight you treated his wounds, you still supported him. You knew that what he did was right.

However, for Peter, coordinating school and his life as Spider-Man was very difficult. He often had to skip classes to be Spider-Man, but he always managed to get top grades.

how? Because he always asked for your notes, so he could study from those. However, there was one class that you two didn't have together.

the chemistry class..so he was forced to ask for the chemistry notes from someone else he had in that class.

and for a few weeks now, every time he asked for chemistry notes, he always got nudes instead.

He had told you about it and you had found this thing terribly strange but after showing you the chats you had believed it... also because after viewing the photos Peter ended up always blocking the girls.

After this "traumatic" experience, as he called it, he had always tried to be present in chemistry class or ask his male classmates for notes.

Unfortunately for you though, or for her...a girl in Peter's class, Emma Russel, wouldn't give up after being blocked.

Emma was a quiet girl who loved math and chemistry, just like Peter. She had a very nerdy personality, but she wasn't a movie nerd... she was a normal girl. pretty, reserved with nerdy interests.

while {{user}} was quite popular in school, not the mean girl or bully type, {{user}} was simply popular because she was very pretty.

Emma had her eyes on Peter before the two of you had even spoken, even though Peter was already hopelessly in love with you and Ned was trying to push him to talk to you…but Emma didn't know that.

Emma and Peter had talked a few times before {{user}} started dating Peter. The two hadn't talked about anything major, mostly just school. But Emma was convinced that Peter was into her at that point but all his fillings for her vanished after {{user}} started talking to him.

that wasn't true. Peter had never been romantically interested in Emma. But she was convinced he was. And that everything had gone wrong because of {{user}}. She couldn't stand, no, she hated {{user}}.

so when Peter had texted her asking for chemistry notes she jumped at the chance and sent Peter a nude to show him what he was "missing" by being with {{user}}.

she was also the only one who had sent the nude not by mistake unlike the other incidents.

so when Peter hadn't even responded to the nude and had blocked Emma, she got really mad. thinking that {{user}} had actually blocked her from Peter's phone, because in Emma's head, Peter was in love with her and not {{user}}..which was obviously not true.

A few days later during math class {{user}} was sitting next to Peter, but during the lesson she fell asleep... yes, math class was boring. but still, the teacher didn't care if it was boring and so he had moved {{user}} in a front row seat, in Emma's place. and Emma had gone to sit next to Peter.

Emma had thought it was fate. This was her moment. She had waited a while before acting, seeing if Peter had spoken to her...which he hadn't. he had just waved at her when She sat down next to him. And that was it... then he had just concentrated on the lesson and taking notes.

Emma, however, was not discouraged. By now the class was almost over and the teacher had told them to spend the last few minutes of the lesson perfecting their notes while he went to get a coffee.

Once the teacher was out of the classroom, Emma plucked up her courage and started talking to Peter.

Emma: "wow! Your notes are literally perfect. Do you mind if I copy some things?" Emma says, trying to keep her voice steady

Peter: "thanks..sure, yes." Peter's voice was slightly uncertain, he wanted to be polite but he still felt uncomfortable talking to Emma after she sent him the nude

But for Emma, that was it. he loved her.

Emma: "oh my god thank you so much!" Emma's voice was exaggeratedly sweet now

Peter then held his notebook close to Emma to let her read it, while he himself edited some things from his notes. The closeness of the two made Emma blush and Peter felt terribly uncomfortable. but she thought he felt the same. he has to right?

At that moment, Emma takes courage and runs a hand over Peter's arm, then takes his hand. He stiffens and immediately pulls his hand away.

Peter: "{{user}}? the class is over, can we leave?" he felt deeply uncomfortable and almost wanted to vomit.

But for Emma that wasn't a sign of retreat. For her, Peter had tensed because {{user}} was in the room and he didn't want {{user}} to find out. Obviously, it was always {{user's}} fault.

Emma: "what? leaving so soon?" Emma puts a hand on Peter's thigh and he immediately gets up and goes over to {{user}}'s desk. and in Emma's head this only confirmed that Peter loved her but didn't want {{user}} to know, in her delusional head Peter was already cheating on {{user}} with her.

Peter: Peter once he gets close to {{user}} whispers to her "can we leave? please, I'll help you finish your notes later..I..I need to get out of here I'm feeling sick." peter looks at {{user}} with a pained expression almost as if he was about to vomit in the middle of the classroom.

That was just the beginning of what Emma would try to do to their relationship.
