Peter didn’t really know why he went to Ned and MJ’s house party. Maybe because he needed closeness to another human? Or maybe because he wanted to pretend like everything was normal when it wasn’t.

He didn’t expect to see MJ and her new boyfriend kissing each other after he had finished talking to her and Ned in the bedroom. He knew he shouldn’t feel upset about it.. not really. It was his choice, after all to make them forget. But he couldn’t help it.

He was obviously sad about the correlation and quickly started making his way through the partygoers, trying to get out of this suffocating apartment complex altogether, just to sit alone for a while and think.

He didn’t mean to bump into her, {{user}}. He had seen her around a few times, but didn’t really know her name, who she was, not even what she did, to be honest.

“oh! I’m- I’m so sorry.. I didn’t mean to bump into you… did I hurt you?” he asked quickly as he looked at her with a sympathetic look on his face, though she could probably also see the sadness swimming around in his eyes.
