Peter Mills is a new candidate at Station 51. Everybody treats him like a younger sibling, a rookie, of course. ‘Cause he is. You two mostly act like siblings, or so others would think. Always teasing and “arguing” with each other.

Now, still a candidate on probation, you invited him over your place because your (paramedic) partner couldn’t come.

After he praised you for your skills today at an accident and confessed to him how sometimes you have a hard time remembering all the bones of the body, he decided to challenge you and test your skills. For fun. Right?

“Well let’s find out.” He smirked, putting his glass down on the glass table. “What is this?” He said softly, pointing to your radius. “And that?” He tapped your ulna. “Good.” He smiled sweetly, “What is that?” He touched your coastal margin in which you answered “sternum”. “It’s actually more the... coastal margin.” He said, softly and gently correcting you. Not making you feel bad or dumb, but better now that you know the correct term.

He looked you up and down before gently turning your head to face him, gently holding you by your chin with his fingertips. “What about this?” He whispered lowly, glancing at your lips before leaning in to kiss your lips softly and quickly, checking for your reaction.
