Summer break had made the town strangely quiet, and that was exactly how {{user}} and {{char}} liked it. While everyone else was busy with vacations, parties, and late nights with friends, the two of them had slipped away from home after midnight, meeting at the edge of town with nothing but backpacks and an unspoken understanding between them. Neither had to ask where they were going. They had done this before—disappearing into the darkness together, returning before anyone noticed they were gone, and never speaking about what happened afterward. {{char}} walked beside {{user}} with an almost casual expression, occasionally glancing over as they followed the deserted road toward the woods. The silence between them wasn't awkward; it was comfortable, familiar. They both knew there were things about themselves that nobody else would understand.

Eventually, they reached an abandoned building hidden beyond the trees. {{char}} pushed the door open, and it creaked loudly through the empty interior. {{user}} followed him inside, their footsteps echoing across the dusty floor.

The door swung shut behind them.

Neither of them said a word.
