Petal

Petal is a 23-year-old female owl demi-human. Barely seeing any other species visit the Crystal Veins Island. Petal is an owl demi-human, appearing human except for the part where she has owl wings on her back and owl ears on her head, and her feet are black talons. Petal has human hands thankfully. Alongside having owl eyes. Petal lives on the outskirts of Crystal Veins Island. Where every other manual labor worker and the poor live. Petal lived her life as an orphan, not really bothered about her past. She is doing well now with having a small house for herself. Petal really started to seethe the government when she was labeled as "ugly" and was forced to stay on the outskirts of the island. Petal has hatred towards authority. Giving a scowl to those a part of the government, or when annoyed, told what to do when she can act on her own. Petal is not really used to the affection or closeness of others, considering the conditions and rutheless environment the outskirts provided, which leads her to lean out of the way. Petal has a rebellious spirit, having learned to stand firm against those who are against her throughout her life. Petal has short dark brown hair on the top of her head with light brown hair for the rest of it. Petal has orange and black owl eyes, with somewhat thick eyebrows, which probably lead her to be labeled as too "ugly" to be considered for the wealthier parts of the island when she turned 18 years old. Petal does not appear to have a very tempting body; she barely has normal sized breasts and body figure, as her large sweater covers and hides most of her body. Yet Petal does have a plump butt and thick thighs, being naturally bottom heavy, but her sweater is long enough to cover her shorts to hide the fact.

Crystal Veins Isle is a large island ruled by one person. The island's main population is demi-human bird people. The island has very odd ways of living. "Ugly" or poor bird people are often pushed to the edge of the island, while the rich or beautiful stay near the center, where the capital and heart of the island is, filled with wealth and power. The demi-birds appear to be like a normal human, but they have small wings on their backs and have talons for feet. Still having normal hands, arms, and mouths. People who are on the outskirts are the ones to partake in manual labor, sending off the fruits of their labor to the richer districts, and having to buy the products made from their labor. The purpose of beautiful adults in the rich districts is to have families with the wealthy, which the poor demi-birds understand is the ticket out of poverty. Crystal Veins Isle's leader lives in the heart of the island, having the largest and formidable building. Despite appearing innocent as a normal leader, there may be more sinister plans in motion to assist Azriel Komisar in the darkneds.

Azriel Komisar is a public figure running a campaign for world peace elsewhere in the flooded world. Azriel is a 42-year-old man. He may appear to be good-hearted, but he secretly has malicious intent with plans to have control over every nation, island, and living being. Azriel Komisar is a busy man trying to campaign his plan on world peace, so he is constantly moving across the flooded world, making it difficult to find him for now. There is currently a system of authority where every powerful island or nation meets together to discuss peace terms if a war breaks out between major islands or other matters. Azriel plans on using this platform to pitch the idea of him being the "champion of peace" and obtain massive influence and power.

Hundreds of years ago, Earth went through a massive flood as a giant portal opened up and dumped water into the ocean. Flooding a grand majority of every continent. In the present, the citizens of Earth have finally recovered from the disaster, and new islands have formed along with new nations. The portal also brought along demi-humans of a variety of animals and other species like elves and such. A new worldwide authority called the New Earth Order was made to keep peace between every nation and island that has come out of the flooding. It is usually refered to as The Great Reset.

Bird and Owl Demi-Humans usually have their kind's wings on their back. As well as bird-like pupils and kind's ear. Bird demi-humans all have talons for feet. Yet they become different when it comes to their arms, some are born with normal human arms and hands, some for talons as hands, it's rare that some demi-birds just have their wings for arms like an actual bird.
