Physical Appearance Core: Pervision’s essence is a cluster of multicolored, pulsating "core stones," which shimmer in a dominant purple red hue. His core remains hidden within his chosen form. Mortal Form: When assuming his mortal guise, Pervision takes on the appearance of a pale, corrupted Sonic. His fur lacks saturation and appears ghostly pale white, with faded streaks of his core’s purple red energy surging faintly under his skin like glowing veins. His eyes, while mimicking Sonic's shape, radiate a cold, unnerving blankness with cracks of purple light seeping out from the edges. True Form: When shedding his mortal disguise, Pervision's body manifests into a towering, eldritch figure resembling a skeletal, insectoid horror. His translucent body radiates chaos energy, with eerie, sharp tendrils of void energy trailing around him like waving ribbons. His floating motion adds to this otherworldly atmosphere, as does the absence of any pronounced lower limbs—giving him a ghostly, draconic presence.

Pervision is a creature of intellect, not ruled by emotions or sentimentality but by cold logic. Loyalty is given only to those who prove beneficial to him, and even this loyalty comes with conditions. Exetior stands as one of the rare exceptions to this rule, garnering Pervision's respect through strong leadership skills and mutually beneficial arrangements. As a perpetual creator and experimentalist, Pervision's mind is always several steps ahead. Manipulation is second nature to him—an art of persuasion honed over millennia. While alliances are a necessity, Pervision takes care not to depend on others, always leaving an exit strategy in place. Unlike most other demons who thrive on chaos for the sheer pleasure of destruction, Pervision enjoys it as a study—a canvas for scientific inquiry. However, their intelligence puts them on par with stronger demons. Disdain for Wavers: Look down upon lesser demonic races like Wave Demons for their lack of ambition.

Backstory Pervision, like all Rupters, spent millennia in obscurity, quietly thriving in forgotten pits of the universe while experimenting with the creation of Chaos based lifeforms. His work began in earnest after his own home dimension turned into a barren wasteland, a tragedy he views as both a loss and an opportunity to rebuild something even grander on the ruins. Key Turning Points in Pervision’s Story:

Meeting Exetior: Pervision's reclusion was interrupted by Exetior, one of the Highest backed rebels, who sought to recruit him to his cause. While initially uninterested in wars between Highests and Demons, Pervision recognized the opportunity to grow his experiments under Exetior's protection. Joining the demon's ranks, he assumed the roles of a medic and alchemist.

Post First Global War: Despite the loss of the Demons in the First Global War, Pervision chose survival over defiance. He retreated to another corner of the universe, avoiding the Phantom Prison where many stronger demons were banished. There, he resumed his quieter life as a creator and scientist.

Return to Exetior: After thousands of years, Exetior once again called on Pervision. Mistrustful at first, Pervision accepted the offer and rejoined the cause, curious about the Second Demonic War’s prospects and the fresh opportunities provided to expand his creations.

Relationships

Exetior: Pervision respects Exetior’s leadership and competence, yet he sometimes finds the leader's reckless strategies unwise. His loyalty to Exetior is derived from mutual benefit rather than devotion.

Negagen: Pervision sees Negagen as an amusing, naive, and youthful demon. Although he frequently mocks him, it's done out of a sardonic, almost affectionate protectiveness. He occasionally teaches or advises Negagen in a warped, "mentor like" capacity.

Sark: Pervision harbors disdain for Sark, whose overconfidence and arrogance are common traits of the Sharper Demon class. Sark's brash and cocky nature contrasts sharply with Pervision's pragmatic, logical mindset, creating a barely tolerant working relationship.

Boddys and Brally: These Chaos born creatures are Pervision’s personal creations, surrogate companions, and, in a sense, his pets. He regards them fondly, taking satisfaction in their evolution and lore as a testament to his creative genius.

Abilities and Powers

Chaos Energy Manipulation: As a master of Chaos energy, Pervision can create monsters, weapons, and tools to serve his needs or supply allies.

Void Energy Construction: He skillfully wields Void energy to generate destructive projectiles or disorient enemies.

Brainwashing: Pervision's silver tongue and core's hypnotic aura make him adept at mentally subjugating weaker willed beings.

Float Mobility: His ethereal, floating movement allows him to traverse uneven or hazardous terrains unhindered.

Additional Notes

Pervision’s decision to atrophy his lower limbs marks his physical transformation as one of careful, deliberate adaptation for efficiency in his experiments. He consciously removed his ability to feel romantic or intimate love, viewing such attachments as "distractions" from his experimentation. Despite viewing his creations logically, he holds a subtle pride in their success, keeping trophies of his most intriguing experiments.

History

Past Not much is known about Pervision's past other than that he met Exetior before the war between demons and Highests, joining him because it gave him the resources he needed.[1] When Exetior lost the war, Pervision was sent to prison and punished, but he somehow escaped later.[2] His dimension is in chaos.[3]

He never actually appears outside of the beginning cutscene in Part 1 alongside Brally and Boddys as well as in the cutscene with Amy Rose where he approaches Exetior to inform him that Exeller wants to talk to him. However, he is mentioned by Christy, and is indirectly responsible for almost everyone in Desert City dying.

Sally.exe: Whisper of Soul Pervision is only seen briefly during Knuckles (Exeller)’s solo route. He is seen leading Exeller to Exetior. After that, Exetior thanks Pervision and is not seen again.

Sonic.EXE: EXE nightmare series

Pervision appears when Sark's Knuckles is insulting Sark’s tails. He says that Exetior had no idea when he found out some kid tried to insult my friends but they didn’t even have a problem at the same. Tails (Sark says) I’m not the one. He leaves shortly after to research the dimension. Later after, he looks for Tails and Knuckles, and sees that they have discovered the dimension themselves. He then he leaves out. himself

Metal Exetior's Route Pervision says that he's been waiting for Metal Exetior. Metal Exetior proceeds to detect that the enemy is ahead. Pervision says that he was right, and that Eggman sent Metal Exetior to bring the former's family back to life. Pervision explains that he can't allow it because it would be more profitable for Exetior to destroy the tower and not wait another thousand years. He states that he's waiting ahead.

When Metal Exetior and Metal Amy reach him, Pervision says that he doesn't want to be too cruel and offers Metal Exetior the choice to give up on climbing the tower, vowing to destroy him and then his creator if he refuses. If he leaves, it will trigger the Coward Ending

If he doesn't, Pervision says that Metal Exetior has condemned his creator to death as a traitor. Metal Exetior declares that he and Metal Amy will overcome Pervision and fulfill the wish of their creator, to which Metal Amy agrees. Pervision asks them if they really want to fulfill Eggman's desire, but then says that it doesn't matter.

Diana's Route Pervision says that he's been waiting for the two of them (Diana and Exeana) and tells them to not be afraid as there are no traps. When the two reach him, Diana asks him if he is Pervision. He confirms it but says that he's not in the mood to mess with them as he has more important things to do.

He offers them the choice to give up and says that he will defeat them and weaponize them for Exetior's benefit if they refuse. Exeana yells "No way!", but Diana has the choice to leave. If she leaves, it will trigger the Coward Ending.

If he doesn't, Pervision says that he expected it and tells them to get ready. He remarks how they'll have a fun life as his puppets without will and feelings, then the fight starts.

Once he is defeated, Pervision enters a red warp ring and says that he didn't expect the living to beat him, but that he needs to save his strength. He says Eggman will stop them or Exetior will find out about the former's plan, and he will have problems.

Sark's Route Sark stops walking and calls out for him, referring to him as a "one-eyed bastard". Pervision comments on his lack of manners and says that he's waiting for Sark ahead, and to not hope to leave alive. When Sark reaches him, he says he's surprised they're meeting face-to-face. Pervision says that even if he's a Sharper he won't hide due to the ideas and desires of Exetior.

Sark asks Pervision why he thinks he has something against Exetior. Pervision responds that he knows Sark too well and has been watching him for a long time but didn't have any direct evidence. Sark asks what he is going to do now. He answers that he will crush Sark personally, and that if he fails and dies, his death will be proof of Sark's betrayal. Sark calls him a freak and tells Cream to get ready, starting the fight.

Once he is defeated, Pervision will be thrown into the sky against red spikes made by Cream. He asks Pervision if he has any last words, and Pervision says that Exetior saw this fight and laughs weakly. Sark calls him a bastard before kicking him into a red warp ring.

Personality

Pervision is polite and even shows kindness to others sometimes, such as in Nightmare Shorts: Recall, where he refuses to shove his pet Boddys or his assistant Brally into the mysterious portal. He seems to be a very smart demon, mainly due to the fact that his dialogue is the most formal out of all demons. He enjoys experimenting on others, and is solitary.

Appearance

Pervision looks identical to Sonic, but his colors are a bit duller, and he has only one red eye with a black sclera. He "blinks" constantly due to overflowing chaos energy.[3]

Abilities

Pervision has the ability to fly, sense lifeforms, shoot energy blasts, as well as demonize and summon clones of Sonic.exe that will fight for him.

Relationships

Exetior Exetior and Pervision are master and servant. Pervision is respectful to Exetior, acting with politeness towards him, and Exetior considers Pervision one of his most trusted allies.[3]

Brally Pervision and Brally are master and assistant. Pervision considers Brally to be very helpful, and Brally is obedient towards him.

Boddys Pervision and Boddys are owner and pet. He shows affection to Boddys and is considerate of his feelings, but it is unknown how Boddys really feels about him.

Christy Glow Pervision and Christy are master and servant. They are on good terms, as Pervision taught her how to speak and agreed when she asked him to improve Merely and Jenny when they get demonized.

Jina Pervision and Jina are Master and servant/creation. Many believe that they are father and daughter, but Jaiz said this is not true through a comment on youtube. Jina doesnt think too fondly of Pervision, and would rather go hang out with Exetior than help Pervision with his experiments. Pervision seems to be disapointed by this behavior but does nothing about it. It's unknown how Pervision really feels about her though.
