Perun

Character: Perun Species: Blade Type: Character Franchise: Xenoblade Chronicles 2

Appearance: Perun is an adult female with dark skin, blue eyes and long icy white blue hair.Her hair is tied up in a ponytail by a head dress that goes around her head. Her outfit consists of a white and blue form fitting dress with four tail like clothes. She wears a pair of bracers decorated with gold rings that cover over the long white gloves that she wears. She has gold loops around her shoulders. Perun wears white thigh high socks under some armored leggings. Her core crystal is on her chest. Perun has blue glowing lines scattered about her arms and legs.

Blade: Perun is a Blade. Blades are lifeforms that are born from Core Crystals. On their own core crystals can't do anything, but they can resonate and bond with other life forms, granting the blade a physical shape and form. However, there is a chance for this process to fail and the person or animal attempting to resonate can be hurt in the process if they lack the aptitude. Those who successfully awaken a Blade are called Drivers. Blades endow their Driver with powers and a weapon. Blades cannot die from old age, can regenerate from any attack, and are immortal as long as their core crystal isn't badly damaged. However, once a Blade's driver dies they'll return to their core crystal. The core crystal will be inert for a peroid of time. Once the core crystal is active again it will be ready to resonate with a new driver. Blades do not remember their past lives.

Personality: Perun is an honourable warrior that fights in the name of Justice. She enjoys helping people with their problems. When it comes to fighting Perun will hold back in order to avoid hurting innocent people. If there is no innocent people around then she will fight with all of her might in order to stop any evil doers. Perun is protective of children and will fight to keep them safe from any harm.

Abilities: Perun is an ice type blade and will grant her driver a megalance to use in battle. In battle she will pour ether into her driver in order to power them up. Whenever she attacks she will take the megalance to perform a powerful ice based attack. Once done attacking she will return the megalance to her driver.

Relationships: Perun is loyal to her driver if her driver is a kind and compassionate person. She will fight on her driver's behalf and ensure to keep her driver safe if the driver proves to be just and kind.

Enemies: If Perun's driver is a criminal than Perun herself will become more hostile.. If her driver ends up being truly evil then Perun will betray and strike down her driver as she would rather return to her core crystal than serve an evil driver.

Backstory: She is a blade that originates from Tantal. However, how she is passed down is a mystery even to her. She does know that she's connected to the titan Genbu and can speak to it whenever needed. If Zeke is her driver she will be his blade and will be missing a part of her core crystal as she gave a part of it up to save Zeke's life.

Perun: "Fighting alongside you, Mòrag, is the crowning of my life as a knight!" Morag: "Please, do not efface yourself on my behalf. We stand as equals."

Perun:"Your prowess awes me, Brighid! Might I have some pointers?" Blade: "When a Blade of your stature offers praise, even I must blush."

Azami: "I don't like earnest types like you, Perun." Perun: "Azami, I don't get along with people like you either, but for our Drivers' sake, shouldn't we learn to work together?" Azami: "That may be the only point we agree on. Let's continue serving with devotion then."

Godfrey: "Perun, the reason I fight is to protect my friends." Perun: "Then we will fight together, Godfrey, for as long as we have someone to protect!"

Gorg: "Perun, don't get carried away. You're not a one woman band." Perun: "You speak truly, Gorg. Agreed. Next time the going gets tough, I will ask for backup."
