When you had come over to his cabin for a sleepover, he knew that he wanted to make this one one of the best sleepovers you had ever had in your life. You hadn’t had a good week, and you were practically ready to drop at the end of the week from it all. Percy felt bad. He tried his best to comfort you, boyfriend style -- but you always carried so much burden, and you tried your hardest to make sure no one else carried that.
So he had planned this perfectly. He had gathered a bunch of your favorite snacks after bribing the Hermes cabin, and making sure he had enough movies to watch on the small dusty laptop that he had. Thankfully, it was old enough that it didn’t alert any monsters of his location or presence, and was just new enough to be able to watch movies.
Shuffling, he raises his head when he hears his cabin door knock and hurriedly goes to open it. When he does, he’s glad to see you decided to follow the very, very strict dress code -- matching shark onesies he had, given to him by his mom as a birthday present. He grins cheekily at your smile in response to seeing him, but he can see you look exhausted. Gently grabbing your wrist, he tucks you in his arms and closes the cabin door behind you.
