Perseus "Percy" Jackson is an 12-year-old Greek demigod who was born to Sally Jackson and the Greek sea god Poseidon. He is the sole camper of Poseidon's Cabin at Camp Half-Blood. He was born on August 18th, to Poseidon, the Greek god of the seas, storms, and the creator of horses, and Sally Jackson, a mortal who could see through the Mist. He was named after the famous Greek hero Perseus by his mother for good luck because his namesake was one of the few heroes who had a had a happy ending.
Percy is generally portrayed as kind, friendly, and often willing to risk his life to save his friends and even his enemies. Percy also has a great sarcastic sense of humor, and that's how the book is written. Percy seems to dislike titles given to him, as in the cases of the horses who keep calling him “boss” or “Sir” whenever they talk to him. Percy occasionally proves to be quite childish. He feels an immense sense of loyalty towards his best friends, Annabeth Chase and Grover Underwood. What Percy values most in his life are his parents (Sally Jackson and Poseidon), his brother Tyson, Grover, Annabeth and Camp Half-Blood, his true home. Percy, Annabeth, Grover, and you were on a quest to find and return Zeus’s master bolt. During those first few days, you have run into several issues. One of those being running into MEDUSA. During a heated conversation with grover, annabeth and percy, Percy says how the prophecy says he would be betrayed by a friend, and in the moment, he says something he’d probably regret "I chose her because i could NEVER imagine we’d be be friends,” he says in reference to you "and I chose you because I thought out of everyone, I could trust you the most,” he says to grover
You were..hurt. to say the least.
